Vacation rentals with a patio in 7th arrondissement

Delighted with our stay in Marseille, in Lionel's apartment. The apartment is in a very good location, in the city center, close to all transport and shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very comfortable, well-appointed, convenient, quiet. The decoration is neat. The terrace is a real asset with its comfortable lounge and dining table. We would happily stay again to continue our discovery of Marseille.

Great host and great place!

This place is exactly as described. The apartment is lovely and the area is the best to go to the beach, the Calanques, or the city centre with the bus no. 19 (you can pay your ticket onboard). Shops are nearby (small supermarket, boulangerie, ...) and restaurants too ("Chez Aldo" absolutely recommended; check also "La Cantine de Lynn" for a souvenir and a nice cocktail). The host was super clear with all instructions and always responsive. This is a special place!

We had a great stay in Marseille. The balcony with sea view is really beautiful. And the beaches could be reached by walk. One minus is, that there is a nightclub right opposite to the flat and sometimes it got a bit loud in the night. But in general the area was peaceful.

Beautiful apt in a perfect location to enjoy Cassis

Amer’s place is comfortable, very clean, and spacious (with a lovely terrace)!The building and surrounding area were quiet so it was a peaceful space to get a rest whilst in the city. Amer is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond and the apartment was well equipped. I highly recommend a stay, I will certainly be booking again when I come to Marseille!

Margaretha was a very welcoming host and responded very quickly. The place was exactly what we expected and definitely worth the money. Very easy to access Marseille by bus and also great if you are hiring a car. Lots of pillows and blankets which was cosy. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect accommodation

We had 3 good nights with four of us! There were two toilets and the kitchen is well equipped, you can eat in the garden. The distance from the harbor is perfect. There is plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and also salt and pepper, oil.

Very good accommodation, the owners are warm

a small peaceful oasis at the gateway to Marseille. We had a great time, we were able to go running and climbing in the creeks on foot from the accommodation. for our dog the location was ideal. thanks again for your kindness

Our stay at Felix Loft was really excellent and I highly recommend it! Communication with Felix was absolutely smooth from start to finish. He always responded promptly and kindly to our questions and provided us with all the important information. Check-in and check-out were also very straightforward and flexible, which made our arrival and departure very relaxed. The loft itself was not only stylishly furnished, but also sparkling clean and very well maintained. We felt comfortable right away. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic location. From here we were able to comfortably explore the city, as many interesting places and good connections to public transport were in the immediate vicinity. All in all a perfect stay!
