Beautiful accommodation, very nice in a peaceful place. Very clean, consistent with the descriptions. Host always very responsive and accommodating, I would recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay in peace and quiet. The place and especially the garden are beautiful! Although there are houses around, you very quickly get the feeling of a private place just for yourself. The quality of the services (coffee, drinks), the beauty of the apartment and Cyril's kindness towards us were worth the visit. He even alerted us to having forgotten to close the window of our vehicle in the pouring rain! We recommend this place where you quickly forget that it is located in the city center!

We had a lovely stay at Axel’s house. The place was super and very clean. Axel was very accommodating and helpful prior to our arrival as well.

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

Great place, super friendly people, cool chicken in the garden & lovely big pool. 10/10 woyld recommend. Only downside we could think of is a little bit of street noise bc of busy street.

We stayed for two days in extremely hot weather. 2 air conditions fully equipped and clean home. Two very comfy beds and a hammock ! We’re treated like a family members with space and privacy. Will decently go again when in Lyone Thanks

We came as a group of 4 for a night in Lyon after a concert. Lionnel and his wife were very responsive and very flexible with check-in times. Lionnel had allowed us to come earlier, and with the road we had arrived even earlier than expected: his wife still received us. We were wonderfully welcomed: cherries from the garden, homemade marble cake, bottles of water in the fridge. And of course, the kindness and friendliness of Lionnel's wife. As his wife wanted, we felt right at home. The accommodation was very well arranged, breakfast on the small terrace with the sun was very pleasant. We wanted to thank Lionnel's wife for her kindness, friendliness and generosity. Thanks also to Lionnel for his responsiveness and availability. I highly recommend this listing! What is certain is that I will return for my next stay in Lyon.

We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Unmatched price compared to hotels and the value for money and services offered are much higher. The training room in the accommodation was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and could retreat to work in peace while others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation in terms of bathrooms (5 for the whole accommodation and there are some on every floor), bathrooms in all rooms, 2 fridges and 2 coffee machines. We didn't step on each other's toes, but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (who we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

We were hosted very well, urgently because our weekend rental with another host had been canceled for no reason at 1 a.m. on arrival. Very responsive and pleasant host, we were offered a baby bed following our explanation of the emergency situation, we were also able to ask if we were missing something and kindly served. We only stayed for a few days but it was amazing. The host is very friendly and is always available for whatever you may need! Peaceful neighborhood and the house is close to a couple shops, so it’s perfect for longer stays, or just if you need a day to yourself to relax! The house itself is very modern and feels like it’s generally well maintained. There’s an incredible bedroom for kids, equipped with a sort of bunk bed and firefighter pole to slide down into a ball pit! House also comes with a very friendly outdoor cat that lives in the neighborhood and loves attention! Did I mention the turtles?

Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Quiet, good location. Responsive hosts. Great plus for the privacy that the accommodation provides being in a courtyard of a house. I recommend it and will come back
