Separate toilet. The apartment overlooks the courtyard and is absolutely quiet. I live in the building myself and am responsive if there is a question.

There are many shops and restaurants including the famous Brasserie Georges 50 m away. The Confluence district and Place Bellecour are within a 10/15-minute walk. Metro, trams and buses are 200 m from the apartment. Self check-in.

Modern apartment (2021) for 4 people. Very bright, located 10 minutes from Perrache train station and 15 minutes from the city center. If you have a car, I offer you my free parking space. If you are on foot, you have access to the T2 tram, which is 2 steps from the building (100 m), allowing easy access to the whole city. In the neighborhood, there are many small restaurants with Neapolitan, African and Vietnamese cuisine.
