You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Non-smoking apartment. Refurbished studio, air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, Fiber optic, TV, in very beautiful bourgeois building. Very clear view, alone on the top floor. Facing south, overlooking very beautiful gardens, quiet. Climb a floor on foot (25 steps), after the top floor of the elevator. Self check-in from 5pm. Check-out at 10 a.m. on the end of stay. The keys are to be picked 110 m by foot from the apartment, between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. Be discreet if arriving after 8 p.m. PLEASE.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Cosy studio next to Debourg station

You will find comfort and convenience in this quiet studio, located just 5 mns walk from Debourg metro, tram and bus stations. It is surrounded by different shops, restaurants and cafés. You can reach Part-Dieu and Bellecour in 15'. Confluences museum is closeby as well as the Rhone river banks. Though located in the city, the studio is still quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the appartement block. If you are coming by car, be aware that you have to pay for parking in the area.
