This place is very clean, cozy and communication with the owners was smooth. This studio located in a residential area is adjacent to the house of the very discreet owners. It has its own terrace and private entrance. Recommended.

We had a great time at this apartment in a great location, close to public transportation, which allowed us to get around easily. The decor is neat and modern, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

This was my second stay at Claudine and Jean-Gerard’s condo, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The place is cozy, spotless, and beautifully maintained, it truly feels like a home away from home. It’s in a peaceful, quiet spot, yet still close to great restaurants, cafés, bars, and plenty of places to explore. Claudine and Jean-Gerard are fantastic hosts, always warm, responsive, and easy to talk to. I’m already looking forward to coming back when my schedule allows!

The Minh duplex is very well located in the Jet d 'Eau district, at the foot of two trams leading in a few minutes to the main train stations of Lyon (Part-Dieu and Perrache). The neighborhood has all the amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) and is close to Sergent Blandan Park. The place is spacious and comfortable, with a special mention for the balcony that overlooks a green residence interior and allows you to eat outdoors. Communication with Minh is fluid and very enjoyable. In short, it is a general recommendation with enthusiasm.

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

Since I couldn't figure out the check-in, Elonie came very quickly and helped me. Once I knew how it worked, it was easy. The apartment is beautiful. A large terrace with a small garden completes the picture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 bathroom made the stay easier.

What can I say about our stay at Denise's? If there's a word that fits, it would be "perfect". Denise showed great kindness, more than satisfactory flexibility and a warm welcome. The place is in pristine condition. The linen is clean, the sheets smell good, all the amenities you'd expect for a short stay are available. The place is very quiet and the small terrace for lunch in the sun was the icing on the cake. I recommend it 1000%

This property met all of our needs and the host was very kind. Plenty of space in a clean and comfortable apartment. A couple of markets nearby where we were able to get everything that we needed. Thank you for everything, Tony.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is very nice, bright, a 15-minute walk from Part-dieu train station which was very convenient. We mainly walked because the old Lyon, the Parc de la Tête d'Or are 35-40 minutes' walk away! And a delicious Russian restaurant just downstairs from the apartment ended our stay pleasantly.

My little family and I, that is, four people, stayed at Azel's and we were as comfortable as at home. A large and well-equipped accommodation located in a quiet residence. Lots of beds and lots of things available. A home at the door of Lyon without the inconveniences of big cities. Parking spaces nearby. Nearby shops. Impeccable. We would happily stay again. Rachid and his little family.

For this last-minute rental, our host was responsive and flexible on our check-in and check-out constraints. The apartment was very well located for our needs, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, in a quiet and pleasant residence (the little evening bath, even icy, was very pleasant😉).

Had a great week at Anthony's place. Easy to park on the street and then get around with public transport, funicular nearby. Top pool. I would recommend and would not hesitate to come back if needed. it was just missing the air conditioning and where a fan in each room...the nights are very hot in Lyon.

Christophe's apartment is really great. I was alone, but there's enough room for four. It has everything you need. Christophe thought of every detail. The large terrace has a beautiful view of the skyline. The pool is large and well maintained. Close by there is the shopping mall with a large Carrefour store which is very easy. I was there for work. Initially I chose this apartment because it is between Lyon and work. And I chose well because both places are easily accessible thanks to the bus stops within a 5-minute walk. Christophe responds quickly to messages. Congratulations also to the caretaker of the residence who is very friendly and takes good care of the buildings and the pool! I'll come back for sure!

Victor is a very welcoming, available, accommodating host. I had two big dogs and that was no problem, on the contrary! Very good place, which I highly recommend.
