The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. My apartment is.located in a beautiful period building, 5 minutes from the Parc de la Tête d'Or and 10 minutes from the city center by metro (100m away). You'll appreciate its unique decor, its lively neighborhood—one of the most elegant in Lyon—its proximity to public transportation, and the complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, butter, jams, and fruit juice). The building's facade will be renovated from mid-September 2026 until the end of February 2027.
