Vacation rentals with a patio in 5th district of Budapest

The place was good in a nice location. The host was super supportive and friendly. I recommend this place for a great family vacation

Great location and peaceful neighbourhood. Bright and cozy aparment, exactly like on photos. Has everything you need for a short stay. Pearsonally, I would appreciate a couple of extra towels, but I wouldn't say this is a minus. Parking place in the garage is a big plus. Easy and pleasant communication with Andrea.

A lovely apartment, everything we needed for our 5 night stay with our two young daughters (5 and 2). Transport from the airport was arranged for us and instructions to get into the building and apartment were clear and simple. Very spacious, clean and bright, exactly like the pictures, the second bedroom is actually bigger than it looks. Brilliant location, minutes from the metro which takes you to the inner city, Lidl around the corner, playgrounds a street away in either direction, restaurants including a lovely vegan place also within 5 minutes. As it is in a city, there is noise to be expected even late at night, which couldn't be heard as much with the windows closed, however we had to have all of the windows permanently open as the central heating in the apartment made it too hot and could not be altered or turned off. The oven door also does not open more than half way. But despite these few faults, still a lovely stay, fully supplied, and helpful hosts.

Appartement très bien placé et fonctionnel. nous avons apprécié pouvoir visiter la ville et pouvoir rentrer rapidement. vu un petit bémol pour la literie qui était pas de qualité et l'impossibilité de pouvoir faire le noir dans la chambre. nous reviendrons sans soucis dans ce logement

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, man muss nur beachten dass es Abends und Nachts auf Grund der zentralen Lage laut ist. Das hat uns allerdings nicht weiter gestört. Der Check In hat super geklappt. Eine Top Unterkunft - kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Svaka preporuka za ovaj smestaj. Lokacija je malo dalja od samog centra grada, ali su vrlo blizu stanice metroa, buseva. Moja preporuka je da uzmete trotinet i njime obilazite ceo grad za 10-15min. Smestaj cist, uredan. Domacin raspolozen za bilo kakve dogovore. Svaka preporuka!!!!

Beautiful home with all amenities required. High level of cleanliness upon entering and easy to maintain, host was very pleasant and responsive to any queries I had which was great. The view from the bedroom was beautiful and would be a great place in summer with the large garden. Would definitely go back! A car is needed to get there or can easily use the local bolt services which we did. There is a large tescos about 5 minutes walk away too.

Későn este érkeztem, de előre mindent megírt a házigazda és a pontos útmutatásai szerint könnyen eligazodtam. Dóra kedves, segítőkész és a kommunikáció nagyon gyors. Máskor is foglalok nála és csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!

Remekül éreztük magunkat, a szállás jól berendezett és tiszta volt, a konyha nagyon jól fel van szerelve mindennel, rengeteg evőeszköz, tányér, pohár stb. A szállás átvétele is hihetetlenül egyszerűen ment. Csak ajánlani tudom a helyet!

Die Unterkunft war einfach genau so wie beschrieben. Szilvia war einfach nett und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Falls wir etwas gebraucht haben, konnte sie uns weiterhelfen. Wir konnten flexibel ein- und auschecken. Die Unterkunft war spitze, man hatte viel Platz und wir hatten zu 10. eine sehr gute Zeit. Klare Empfehlung :)

I had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely fabulous—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It offered complete privacy and was everything I hoped for. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway with their family.

Am stat doar o noapte la această cazare din Budapesta, dar a fost o experiență foarte plăcută. Dl. Richard, gazda noastră, a fost deosebit de amabil și ne-a oferit atât sfaturi utile despre parcare în centrul orașului, cât și recomandări despre ce să vizităm. Ne-au prins foarte bine sugestiile lui! Apartamentul a fost curat, confortabil și bine echipat – exact ce ne trebuia pentru o oprire scurtă, dar relaxantă. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și recomandăm cu încredere!

The family was very warm and inviting, very open to help with any situation. Upon our arrival they were there to welcome us and even recommended some restaurants nearby, fitting our specific needs. The house was well equipped and we had independence, nonetheless the family was close by incase we needed anything. Overall a great experience, and would definitely come back if we ever visit Budapest again!

Most amazing place to stay, we will be back! The hot tub and sauna were totally amazing. It's clear that the host have put in a lot of effort and love into the property.

I highly recommend Tamás place. It is super close to transportation and the attractions on the Buda side. You walk 3 minutes to see the parliament in front, highly recommended at night. The place was clean, and communication was proactive, fast, and clear. The apartment is well equipped including the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment for 4 nights. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to the metro line, the E100 airport transfer bus stop (just a 5-minute walk away), and other public transport options. Most popular destinations are within walking distance which was great. Apartment is located one street behind the central road, which makes it quieter and gives it a more cozy feel. The hosts were exceptionally responsive (few mins), accommodating, and went out of their way to address any concerns or requests we had, even when they weren’t obligated to do so(Thanks again Bela and the team <3). Check-in could not have been any easier. The apartment itself is even cuter than the photos and impeccably clean (the kitchen's metal counters and water outlets were shining like diamonds, spotless). It features two bedrooms, each with a balcony, a shared living space, and a separate kitchen so every person can have some private space. Great value, great apartment!

Apartman je izuzetno čist, udoban i predivno uređen, s puno pažnje posvećene detaljima koji čine da se odmah osjećate kao kod kuće. Lokacija je fantastična – u mirnoj ulici, a opet na samo nekoliko minuta do javnog prijevoza, legendarne 2 metroa 😊. Maria je bio izuzetno ljubazna, komunikativna i dostupan za sva pitanja, što nam je dodatno olakšalo boravak. Sve je bilo točno kao na fotografijama, ako ne i bolje. Definitivno bismo se vratili i toplo preporučujemo ovaj apartman svakome tko planira posjet Budimpešti! Dodatan ogroman plus je mogućnost korištenja garaže!

Asunto oli todella hyvällä paikalla. Asunto oikein puhdas ja siisti. Yhteyden pito loistavaa,vastaus aivan heti. Saapuminen hyvien ohjeiden ansiosta todella helppoa. Kaikkiaan loistava kohde. Suosittelen ehdittomasti.

The apartment is in a great location – just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, which was super convenient. The only thing to be aware of is the parking space. It’s quite small and narrow, so if you're driving a larger SUV or caravan, parking might be a bit tricky. Other than that, everything was great!

We had a perfect stay at the apartment. The Check in and Check out were super easy and flexible. The apartment was clean, looked like shown in the pictures and especially the Rooftop terrace was fantastic. You have a great view over the city making it particularly beautiful for sundown. Everything is in walking distance and the public transportation was close as well making it super easy to get around the city. We highly recommend the apartment and Andras for anyone looking forward to their stay in Budapest!

Szep szallas, remek kornyezetben, metrokozeli.

Stanovanje je zelo primerno za bivanje 2-3 oseb. Posebej izpostavljam odlično lokacijo v židovski četri. Večina znamenitosti in odlični lokali so dosegljivi peš.
