Very central, the studio is located: - 5 minutes from the metro and 2 minutes from the tram and buses to reach the train station, beaches and the Stade Vélodrome - less than a 15-minute walk to the Old Port - 5 minutes from the lively Cours Julien district

Very Central, close to tram T1 and metro Full city center with supermarket in front of the building, market every day 5 minutes away, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. Excellent bedding (Emma Hybrid II) changed at the end of 2024. Note: You will need to take care of my cat "Youli" who will be your co-host :). He is an independent cat (he goes out) and is sociable. You'll just have to feed him and open the window for him from time to time.
