Loft vacation rentals in 2nd arrondissement

Amazing apartment in a central location. I was working in Lyon for 3 weeks and this was the perfect location for commuting, sightseeing, eating out, bars. I couldn't recommend enough. 5*

This is a beautiful apartment in the old city of Lyon at the very top of a Renaissance era building. When you think you're there, keep climbing! It lacks air conditioning, but we managed with passive cooling and electric fans. Pascaline shows a wonderful decorating flair, everything is comfortably mismatched, there are thousands of books, and the washing machine works well. There are adequate clotheslines within easy access. It has wonderful French character, the small streets in the area look like something from a movie set. The cathedral is a couple of blocks away and there are many quaint streets in the neighborhood with shops and restaurants galore. The neighborhood was not constructed for cars so parking is difficult to find, expensive, or both. The stairs to the bathroom really need a hand rail, they are quite scary for an old lady such as myself. Aside from those, we very much enjoyed our stay and appreciate Pascaline's hospitality.

D'Amour de la Lumière que Lyon Fête sur ces Collines. Fourvière. Croix Rousse et Caluire-et-Cuire. Céleste parmi les Célestes. Terrasse en Ciel. Entre Oratoire, Orangeraie et Histoire. Une Vallée Profonde vous sépare de Lyon et un Fleuve, le Rhône, de la Tête d'Or, Parc Historique, via un Pont. Coup de Coeur, si pas de Foudre, pour ce lieu et cette location Unique.

Logement très bien localisé pour avoir accès aux hôpitaux Sud. Hôte très réactif. Je recommande.

You can expect to stay in a real home, with plant, art and all the stuff that make a place feel alive. There is a lot of stairs from the last bus stop to the apartement front door, but thats what it cost to live in Lyon. Her answering speed is phenomenal, so you will not stay in the dark for long before her reply. She can advise you for any kind of activity or meal you may need, she even have all the tourist info book right on the living room table. This place is a safe pick.

Super accueil et super emplacement. Nous avons profité de la terrasse et nous avons apprécié le calme. Hedwige a été une super hôte! Nous recommandons!

Ho amato risiedere qui, più tre mesi. Un posto così centrale, così grande e accogliente è impossibile da trovare. Bisogna adattarsi alle caratteristiche delle case antiche, come il soppalco ma per chi vuole la comodità del centro città senza rinunciare agli spazi per ospitare gli amici qualche sera, invitare amici a cena. Unico. Mi mancherà ma mi restano tanti bei ricordi.

Nous sommes venues avec 6 amies pour la fête des lumières. L'appartement de Frédéric est idéalement situé pour se balader dans Lyon, proche de bons restos et de jolies boutiques. L'appartement est décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Magnifique vue sur la Saône pour ce Superbe appartement alliant la modernité des équipement cuisine sdb et le charme de l’ancien plafond à la française, parquet … Très bien équipé et conception incroyable Attention la configuration de la chambre en mezzanine basse ne pourrait pas convenir à tout le monde. Quartier top !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Claire. L'appartement est très agréable et la communication était très fluide. Seul petite contrainte, la chambre sur la mezzanine convient plutôt à des enfants de petite taille qu'à un adulte, car il est difficile de s'y tenir debout autrement que courbé. Autrement tout le reste est d'un très bon accueil. Je recommande donc cette location à 100% pour un couple seul ou avec enfant (il y a beaucoup de jouets disponibles, ainsi qu'une baignoire portable pour bébé). Merci Claire pour votre accueil.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. Romain was a gracious and attentive host, making us feel very welcome from the start. The apartment is beautifully appointed with thoughtful details throughout—it’s comfortable, filled with natural light, and has excellent airflow. Located in a charming, artistic neighborhood of Lyon, it was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s historic landmarks. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Sehr hübsch renoviertes und dekoriertes kleines Loft an bester Lage. Sehr ruhig. Um die Ecke wunderbare Restaurant: Le Bouchon des Filles und das neu eröffnete Restaurant von Micro Sillon! (Bei Temperaturen unter Null, kann es etwas kühl werden. Mit warmen Kleidern und vorhandenen Decken aber durchaus noch wohnlich.)

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans l'appartement proposé par Guilaine&Gérald, qui se sont montrés très disponibles et avenants. Le loft est parfaitement situé pour pouvoir tout faire à pied, ce qui est parfait pour un séjour à Lyon. Merci pour tout

My mom and I had the best time staying here in Lyon! It is perfectly situated to do lots of activities and close to old town, and overall in a very walkable location. We were met by Eric who was so kind! He showed us around the flat and gave us all the best local recommendations and drew it out on the map for us! The hosts are so helpful and sweet! It was overall the perfect space for two people!

Great location everything is near by foot. Well designed and spacious place. Clean enough to feel it like home. Host is friendly and very responsive. I would say that was good deal overall, thought the price could be less as I felt it was a bit overpriced.
