Loft vacation rentals in 2nd arrondissement

Amazing apartment in a central location. I was working in Lyon for 3 weeks and this was the perfect location for commuting, sightseeing, eating out, bars. I couldn't recommend enough. 5*

This is a beautiful apartment in the old city of Lyon at the very top of a Renaissance era building. When you think you're there, keep climbing! It lacks air conditioning, but we managed with passive cooling and electric fans. Pascaline shows a wonderful decorating flair, everything is comfortably mismatched, there are thousands of books, and the washing machine works well. There are adequate clotheslines within easy access. It has wonderful French character, the small streets in the area look like something from a movie set. The cathedral is a couple of blocks away and there are many quaint streets in the neighborhood with shops and restaurants galore. The neighborhood was not constructed for cars so parking is difficult to find, expensive, or both. The stairs to the bathroom really need a hand rail, they are quite scary for an old lady such as myself. Aside from those, we very much enjoyed our stay and appreciate Pascaline's hospitality.

Dream better than a family stay at this Castle in Heaven. Here the Stars are closer. And the Stay with our Close are bringing us closer. For those who Dream of Art and Architecture, they will be inspired by this Place inhabited by a Bright Energy and "Love" will say it. D'Amour de l 'Art D'Amour de l 'Architecture. D'Amour de la Lumière that Lyon Fête sur ces Collines. Fourvière. Croix Rousse and Caluire-et-Cuire. Celestial among the Celestials. Terrace in Heaven. Between Oratory, Orangeraie and History. A Deep Valley separates you from Lyon and a River, the Rhone, from the Tête d 'Or, Parc Historique, via a Bridge. Coup de Coeur, if no Lightning, for this unique location and rental.

Very well located accommodation for access to Sud hospitals. Very responsive host. Recommended.

You can expect to stay in a real home, with plant, art and all the stuff that make a place feel alive. There is a lot of stairs from the last bus stop to the apartement front door, but thats what it cost to live in Lyon. Her answering speed is phenomenal, so you will not stay in the dark for long before her reply. She can advise you for any kind of activity or meal you may need, she even have all the tourist info book right on the living room table. This place is a safe pick.

I loved staying here, plus three months. A place so central, so big and cozy is impossible to find. You have to adapt to the characteristics of ancient houses, such as the mezzanine but for those who want the comfort of the city center without sacrificing spaces to host friends for a few nights, invite friends to dinner. Unique. I'll miss you, but I have a lot of good memories.

We came with 6 friends for the Festival of Lights. Frédéric's apartment is conveniently located for walking around Lyon, close to good restaurants and pretty shops. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. We would recommend it in a second.

Beautiful view of the Saône for this Superb apartment combining the modernity of bathroom kitchen equipment and the charm of the old French ceiling, parquet flooring ... Very well-equipped and amazing design Please note that the bedroom configuration on the low mezzanine could not suit everyone. Great neighborhood!

We had a great time at Claire's place. The apartment is very nice and communication was very smooth. Only small constraint, the room on the mezzanine is more suitable for small children than an adult, because it is difficult to stand up straight other than bent. Otherwise everything else is very good hosting. I therefore recommend this rental 100% for a couple alone or with a child (there are many toys available, as well as a portable baby bath). We had a truly wonderful stay here. Romain was a gracious and attentive host, making us feel very welcome from the start. The apartment is beautifully appointed with thoughtful details throughout—it’s comfortable, filled with natural light, and has excellent airflow. Located in a charming, artistic neighborhood of Lyon, it was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s historic landmarks. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Very nicely renovated and decorated small loft in a prime location. Very quiet. Around the corner wonderful restaurant: Le Bouchon des Filles and the newly opened restaurant of Micro Sillon! (At temperatures below zero, it can get a little chilly. With warm clothes and existing blankets, but still homely.)

We had a great weekend in the apartment offered by Guilaine&Gérald, which were very available and friendly. The loft is perfectly located to be able to do everything on foot, which is perfect for a stay in Lyon. Thank you for everything

My mom and I had the best time staying here in Lyon! It is perfectly situated to do lots of activities and close to old town, and overall in a very walkable location. We were met by Eric who was so kind! He showed us around the flat and gave us all the best local recommendations and drew it out on the map for us! The hosts are so helpful and sweet! It was overall the perfect space for two people!

Great location everything is near by foot. Well designed and spacious place. Clean enough to feel it like home. Host is friendly and very responsive. I would say that was good deal overall, thought the price could be less as I felt it was a bit overpriced.
