Vacation rentals with an EV charger in 20th arrondissement of Paris

A beautiful home to stay in and lovely hosts to work with! Their space makes you feel like a true Paris local - very close to the metro station and even closer to a bus stop if you need to catch a night bus. Lots of café options nearby and grocery stores as well. As noted in their description, there are three flights of stairs to climb with no lift so be mindful of your luggage - we found the stairwell to be spacious and the steps not steep so it was a pleasant workout for us haha. Danièle and Clément were kind enough to give us a flexible check out since my group had lots of bags and a later train to catch. Thank you for making our stay in Paris enjoyable!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The town itself it beautiful-very walkable, lots of space and friendly restaurant staff. Catherine was so kind and flexible-our trip was delayed but she was able to work around our new timeline, and it made us feel much less stressed. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, this is it!

Très beau séjour chez Laurent! Hôte très réactif et très cordial qui fait honneur à son titre de super hôte! Accueil personnalisé, amical et très efficace par Dimitri qui nous présente l’appart et nous donne toutes les explications nécessaires. Appart assez vaste pour Paris, très bien équipé, avec des appareils modernes et haut de gamme. Petites attentions bien appréciées ( jus, lait, bouteille de vin). Quartier intéressant, bien pourvu en bons restaurants (Laurent fournit d’excellentes recommandations!), le Canal St-Martin est accessible en quelques minutes à pied et les Buttes Chaumont en une vingtaine de minutes. Plusieurs stations de métro à proximité. La rue peut être passante mais avec les fenêtres fermées, c’est parfait! Encore merci Laurent!

We had an amazing time staying at Nans' flat in the heart of Canal St. Martin! The apartment was perfect for my family — a cozy one-bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed that made us feel right at home. It was super clean, spacious, and quiet, offering the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The location was fantastic. Just a short 6–9 minute walk to train stations, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's museums and top sights. The neighborhood truly came alive at night with plenty of great restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops just steps away. A big thank you to Nans for his wonderful hospitality and attention to detail. He made sure we got to the apartment smoothly, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and really made us feel welcome. Great place, great host — highly recommended!

It was wonderful experience staying this apartment. There was everything needed for tourists. Location is also perfect close to Nation station where we can take multiple lines.

Mohammed’s place was in an excellent location. There is plenty to do nearby shopping, nice restaurants, and close to monuments. Mohammed was very helpful with check-in and showing me all of the details and how to use everything at the property. The place was clean, but not spotless. The property could use a professional deep clean. There were a few issues that came up, and Mohammed was quick to resolve them. So he was definitely a good host. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, I had a lovely stay.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein wunderschönes Loft, welches mit allen Sachen ausgestattet war, die man alltäglich benötigt. Zudem war das Loft sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet . Wir hatten für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Roman & Charlotte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns über Wichtige Dinge informiert, sodass sich unser Aufenthalt sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Das Loft hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr schnell in Paris. Zudem ist der Parkplatz für das Auto auf dem Grundstück mit einem Tor verschlossen und das Auto steht sicher. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

Eight of us spent five nights in this villa, and we had a great time. The check in process was incredibly easy, but getting the main door unlocked was difficult at times. Other than that everything else made our visit exceptional. The living room and kitchen was open and conducive to group activities and conversation. There were not many pictures of the bedrooms, but there five bedrooms and a bonus loft space. There are several small grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and a train station is about a 10 minute walk away. It was easy to walk the city or catch a train into Paris. Overall, I would recommend this spot. If you are looking for the Paris feel without the hustle, this is the place for you.

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Corine est une hôte extrêmement gentille. Son logement est un petit coin de Paris aux portes de Paris. J'y ai séjourné durant 1 mois et demi et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Logement parfait : accessibilité/proximité des transports, calme, propre, bien rangé et comportant tous les équipes nécessaires. Mathieu est très réactif et sympathique, je recommande !

The host and her daughter are very friendly and polite people. We easily agreed on the check-in and check-out times, which was very convenient. The flat is not in the center of Paris, so it’s not ideal if you want to walk to tourist spots, but it’s in a quiet and convenient area. It's close to Metro line M1, which connects to major sights like the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk, and getting to tourist attractions usually took around 30–40 minutes in total. The neighborhood is calm, with a nice park nearby — great for kids — as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment itself is excellent — spacious and very clean. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and toilet, all in good sizes. We were four people and felt very comfortable. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need and the kitchen has all the necessary facilities. I’m very satisfied with my choice and would recommend it!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Für unseren Besuch von Paris und Disneyland war diese Wohnung ideal. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metrostation und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants...) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bry sur Marne ist wirklich zauberhaft. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden, was wir benötigt haben, sie war sauber und verfügt über Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern. Wir können die Wohnung und Nathalie als Host nur weiterempfehlen.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
