Vacation rentals with an EV charger in 1st arrondissement

Charles and Alex were very responsive communicators and came back quickly with answers to any questions we had. The area was a good mix of local shops and well known sites like the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and the student are of the Quartier Latin. Although only a short walk to the Seine and Notre Dame it felt like a proper neighbourhood. The Marais and St Germain seem to have lost their soul and were very busy in comparison. Altogether a good apartment in a good location. Try to find a 50m2 hotel room for the same price would be impossible.

The flat is quiet and located in a vibrant part of town, very accessible, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. We had a great stay, thanks again!

Beautiful accommodation near Champs-Elysées Street. The host was very friendly and responsive, and it was very clean, perhaps because it was a remodeled accommodation. The Paris subway sometimes went on strike...but I was able to go anywhere freely by using the bus as an alternative. It's Line 9, so you can go to Trocadero Square in one go, and you can go to Opera Garnier in one go. Hanin Mart is also really close, so I think Korean travelers will like it. However, there is no air conditioner, but there is a Dyson fan, so I think you can make a reservation with that in mind. (It can be hot because it is on the top floor.)

Kat was super friendly and showed us around the place with clear instructions. The home was very clean, even had a first aid box in the bathroom! She also made sure we knew where we were and where some good places are to visit.

This is one of those AirBnBs where I hesitate to write a glowing review only because I want to make sure it’s still available for us to rent again in the future 😉 This entire experience is what I wish all AirBnBs were. A home away from home that at once feels special and comfortable, lived-in yet clean and tidy, a place where you can imagine, for a short while, that you’re a Parisian local. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for two adults and our 2-year-old. Philippe kindly provided a booster chair and a crib, but as she gets older, we plan to return and have her sleep in the twin bed. There were toys for her to enjoy, wine and a few groceries for us (thanks, Philippe!). We walked to the Jardin de Plants many times, frequented many cafés and delicious restaurants, shopped the Sunday markets - all in the neighborhood. We loved our surroundings and felt like locals. Charlotte is incredible! She was so communicative in advance of my visit. Her recommendations were super! This location, and suite were perfect (including the washer/dryer in unit). She was so friendly, recommending super restaurants and drinks locations and even met me with pastries and a bottle of rosé! Can’t get better than that.

Really enjoyed the stay!

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome – a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Soreya’s place was great. It was exactly as described. She was kind enough to let me check in early. She even met me at the place. There were places to eat and a supermarket within close proximity. There were 2 metro stations within walking distance which could transport to all the great Paris sights. I highly recommend Soreya’s place to stay.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!
