Vacation rentals with a patio in 1st arrondissement

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, mit Blick von der Terrasse (und sogar vom Bett aus) über Lyon bis zu den Alpen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und in einem gut restaurierten Haus in einer sehr schönen historischen Gegend unterhalb von Fourvière. Das Bett ist komfortabel für zwei Personen, die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut, in der Küche ist das Notwendigste vorhanden. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt, die Fenster dämmen nicht so toll, aber die Umgebung ist auch nicht so laut. Sandra war gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein toller Ort, um Lyon zu erkunden und zu genießen.

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Maison magnifique, environnement très calme et facile d'accès : a 3 min d'un arrêt de bus qui vous dépose a Lyon en 30 min. attention toutefois aux personnes qui craignent les escaliers, même si tout était indiqué dans la description, il faut être en bonne forme. Petit barbecue électrique qui est aussi très pratique, cuisine très bien équipée. très bons souvenirs

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Rémi. Le Loft est très agréable même à 11 personnes et un bébé car spacieux avec un plus, un petit jardin très sympa et ombragé. Et Rémi a toujours répondu à nos demandes avec rapidité et gentillesse. Le top: Les commerces et le bus sont à 2 pas ( boulangerie bonne et pas chère !!!)

Un havre de paix à proximité de Lyon ! Notre séjour chez Renata restera une excellente expérience. Le logement réunit toutes les qualités nécessaires pour une escapade en week-end comme pour un plus long séjour : confort optimal, emplacement idéal et ambiance soignée. Situé dans un cadre paisible, ce lieu offre une excellente tranquillité tout en permettant un accès rapide aux axes routiers pour explorer Lyon et ses alentours (un vrai plus !). À l’intérieur, rien ne manque : les équipements sont complets et fonctionnels, intégrés dans une décoration épurée et raffinée où chaque détail a été pensé. Un grand merci à Renata pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa flexibilité, qui ont grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous repartons enchantés et recommandons vivement cette adresse à ceux qui cherchent un mélange parfait entre calme, praticité et élégance !

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

Ich war zum zweiten Mal da und komne auch nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Ruhig , zentral gelegen, hübsch ubd funktional eingerichtet. Alles prima. Christine
