Casale Castelmerlino - Amazing piedmont farmhouse

Casale Castelmerlino is located in the gentle hills of Basso Monferrato, 20 minutes car driving far from Asti. It has a great position with enchanting views. Independent solution with amazing brick-face, renewed by the original architecture built in the late 19th century. The house is large, well-kept, simple, and very cozy. It has a large front garden overlooking a romantic red stone barn, a small orchard, and a large park with flowering plants and trees. Space, nature, intimacy, beauty!

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool.
