Newly-built house with sauna, swimming area & finest view

Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Nice place to stay with a sea plot

Relax in this unique and quiet home right by the ocean. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot-air oven and stove with induction stovetop etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a long forest walk and coziness in front of the fire. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe and simpler rowing boat are available to borrow.

About 20 minutes from Hudiksvall, car road to the house corner. Who needs all the amenities when you have lighting via solar cells, heating via the fireplace, and cooking is done directly on the gas stove or outdoors. Furustuga with a fireplace in archipelago idyll completely without transparency. Lush garden on the back and glazed terrace on the front side facing a beautiful angelic nature plot sloping down towards the sea. Wood-fired sauna overlooking the sea and large private bathing jetty. Rich bird life and beautiful nature in the surrounding areas.
