Private Cheerful Guesthouse - Room to Relax!

Not exactly a “tiny house,” it’s really a right-size guesthouse! It’s an ADU (accessory dwelling unit)—that is, a separate structure on our property with one bedroom (Q-size bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, and living/dining area. For extra guests, the sofa opens to a double bed and the ottoman unfolds to a cot-sized bed. There’s a small porch and plenty of parking. There’s a 50” Roku TV, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Welcome!

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
