Quaint 2-Bedroom Cabin

We would love to share our cozy (850 sq ft) getaway cabin. Located on rolling hills five minutes from Pease Creek Recreation Park and the Missouri River. Relax on the patio or take in outdoor activities boating, hiking, fishing, or hunting. Plenty of parking area and boat plug in available. Local accommodations at Geddes (7 miles) or Lake Andes (11 miles). It is semi-off grid, cell service ok, but not always great. There is no wifi available. TV can be run off Roku if you have a mobile hotspot.

Scenic vacation rental just above Fort Randall Dam in the North Point Recreation Area. Newly constructed 4 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen home easily accommodates up to 10 guests and includes brand new furniture and appliances. Floor to ceiling windows with views of the Missouri River from Living and Dining Room. Wrap around patio has access from Living Room and three of the four bedrooms. Walking/nature trails, playground, beach, and boat launch access are just a short walk from the property.

The Haven

Kick back & relax in this clean, stylish Haven. Updated 2 bdrm, 1.5 bath home with new LVP flooring, paint, fixtures, updated baths, new breakfast bar, & coffee bar. Attached 1-car garage. Main floor laundry, deck & backyard. Quiet neighborhood. The not-yet-updated basement has a bedroom with full bed & family room has a bunk bed (full-sized bed below & twin bed above). Other side of the basement is cement floor, 3/4 bathroom and storage. We put carpet on the floors of the sleeping areas.

This beautiful space is in the country located 10 miles from the Missouri River and Fort Randal dam. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, master bathroom and bedroom, with large closet for little kids or storage, and a laundry room. Upstairs is a large living room space, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. These guest quarters are located in a large shop on our hobby farm. Relax on the patio, watch the sunset and listen to the sounds of nature.

Francis Case Reservoir Home

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a nice ice cream and sandwich shop. It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has Direct TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
