Quiet and yet centrally located, the apartment is right on the forest. On foot, you can walk through the forest on the Rhine or in 25 minutes in the middle of the pedestrian zone of Waldshut, in 20 minutes at the train station with direct connections to Switzerland to Zurich, Basel or Lake Constance, Insel Mainau and Konstanz. Beautiful destinations such as the Feldberg or the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen are less than an hour away by car. Cycle and walking paths pass immediately past the house.

Beautiful room (approx. 19 sqm with sloping roof) in the attic of a detached house, with fully equipped kitchenette, large daylight bathroom with shower (approx. 10 sqm) and balcony (approx. 7 sqm) in Waldshut-Tiengen. For couples and individuals. Separate entrance via an external staircase (15 steps). The room is beautifully bright due to two panoramic roof windows and a glass door. The balcony faces the east and thus has sun in the morning, so you can have a nice breakfast on it.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room.
