Fix breakfast in a homey kitchen and dine at a relaxed table beside a Klimt print. Adorned with charming furnishings, pops of pastel colors, and wood accents, this home has a cozy, cheerful glow. Sit on the deck patio to take in the view at sunset. I am looking forward to this new experience of offering an AirBnB and can’t wait to meet new people and help them feel welcome and comfortable in my guest house. I am so happy to help you make your visit a memorable one. The guesthouse is set among oak trees at top of a hill in rural Atascadero. Restaurants, a cinema, and a shopping center in town are a short drive away. See the animals at the Charles Paddock Zoo, then go for a hike at Stadium Park. We are a bit off the beaten path so you will need to get around by car or Uber or Lyft. We have plenty of parking space available. My 9 year old Golden Retriever, Theo and his pal, my orange cat named Mango, will probably greet you upon arrival. They both love attention but are not allowed inside the guest house in case anyone has allergies. They look forward to meeting you! :)

In addition the little town of Creston is located just 2 miles down the road- complete with a steak house, little market and post office. Perfect location for day trips exploring the Central Coast. This is a very relaxing get away surrounded by nature. Creston is centrally located- 20 minutes from Paso Robles, Atascadero or Templeton. Cute and cozy 800 sq ft guest house on the property of one of the original colony homes! Just a half mile to Atascadero Lake and under two miles to downtown Atascadero. Only a 20 min drive west to Morro Bay, south to SLO and north to Paso. Close to hwy 101 for easy access. An elementary school sits across the street so you may hear an occasional bell. Plenty of natural light with french doors that open to the private patio. Downstairs there is room for lounging, watching movies and dining.

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

Beautiful 1 bedroom cottage newly remodeled building from the 1940's. The space was completely renovated in June of 2019 with plank flooring, tiled shower bathroom with tub and stylish new furnishings. Modern and simple with an emphasis on sustainability. This cottage is on a 45 acre ranch in the country but is close to downtown Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Paso Wine Country and several of California's most beautiful beaches!
