Edifice Rex, a 300 square foot studio apartment, is only one mile and less than 2 minutes from Interstate 81 yet offers a very bucolic, peaceful setting. The name, "Edifice Rex" is to honor the caretaker on the property, a German Shepard named Rex. You will not have to interact with him ( he wears a radio collar) but he welcomes attention.

Completely renovated home on a quiet country road. New kitchen, bathroom, deck, and refinished hardwood floors. Very private back yard with deck, grill, outside table and gas fire pit with seating. The house is easily accessible with a flat driveway and one step up from the sidewalk. One king and 2 XL twin beds with all bedding, including blankets, washed after each guest. Bedrooms have room darkening shades. 300 Mbps wifi and a smart TV in the living room.
