Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Just 15 minutes to popular downtown Franklin. And only 30 minutes to Music City. Combination of natural beauty of Williamson County and all that Nashville has to offer. We have a very, very large white dog. He tends to welcome guests loudly, but he is a sweetheart. And we have a new puppy who loves everyone!
