The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Absolutely peaceful and centrally-located place in residential area. Super close to the center, walking distance to the lake and a great garden to relax. You will be feeling like at home and have all amenities and supplies you would need for your stay. The apartment is clean and dog friendly. As I travel from time to time, I‘m happy to rent it during my travel.
