Beautiful new holiday home first row to the sea with free parking. 2 bedrooms on the first floor each with air conditioning , one with a double bed and a toilet , the other with a double bed and an extra bed for 2 people with a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with all appliances and a living area with a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two people and also with a toilet and air conditioning . The house also has a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea .

Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). The house has environment friendly electricity through solar energy to keep the Island of Mljet as natural as possible.

Komarna is a small beautiful area. It is very quiet and not too crowded. So you can really enjoy your privacy. Komarna is about 70km from Dubrovnik, 180km to Split and 95km to Korcula. It is no problem for me to pick you up at the airport, for extra charge. There is one beach which is 200m away from my apartment and another one who is 50m away . At both public beaches you can find a bar and small restaurant. It would be a honor to host you in my apartment.

Apartment in the National Park

My place is located in the National Park Mljet (Polace), a few meters from the sea, very close to the Roman palace remains. It has a great view, you’ll love it because of the mediterranean ambiance which is full of life. Studio apartment has 25 m2 with a terrace of 12 m2, it is great for couples and solo adventurers.
