hello 👋 very nice house, all the comforts were there. The host, the manager, 3 caretakers, 2 housekeepers, all great, attentive and helpful. my kids give it a 10/10. Thank you for my daughter's birthday present. i'll be back!

Very good small studio in residence in Angré, well located, in a quiet area. Prettier and better equipped than the pictures! Only small downside: difficult to pick up wi-fi in some places of the apartment, even if it works well, and no hot water (but not absolutely necessary). Beyond that, really great value for Abidjan, probably hard to do much better. Highly recommended!

I want just to thank Francois for everything! first of all, the ouse is perfect: nice location, quite area, not to far from the city center. thanks again for everything, definetly I will come back at your place next time. and again thanks for the late check out!

Excellent located and equiped apartment. Best I ever seen and visited for this budget. Very comfortable furniture, very well equiped kitchen , lavatories(2) and washing equipment. All necessary for cleaning, showering , cooking and disinfecting are well available as well. Cleanliness of the high Standart. No doubt I will be staying this place if available during my often visits to Abidjan. Thanks a lot for hosting.

I lived in Amin and Quiet neighborhood. My stay was great in close proximity to distinctive restaurants. The room is like in a clean, air-conditioned photo with a clean bathroom, a water heater and the room has a refrigerator, a microwave, a water heater for coffee, tea and enough drinking water Entering and exiting the dwelling is easy, smooth and secure If I had to go to the country, it would be my first choice. Thanks Armand for constant communication and fulfillment of all requests

We had a great time at the accommodation offered by Jean-Luc. Even before we arrived, a communication channel was set up by Jean-Luc and his team. This allowed us to chat with his team and postpone our stay by a day due to the cancellation of our flight. What kind staff we thank in the meantime! The accommodation was nickel and cleaning was done every day upon request. The neighborhood is peaceful, secure, and accessible. We highly recommend it! If we come back to Abidjan, we will not even hesitate to reside there.

Patricia's apartment is in a well-maintained private residence, located close to a shopping mall accessible in 15 minutes on foot and a Carrefour Market 2 minutes away. The apartment is very clean, well-appointed and air-conditioned. We enjoyed our 2 weeks with family with peace of mind. Patricia is responsive and very accommodating. I recommend it 100%.

The place is just great! The spaces are well thought out and the very tasteful Afro-optimist decor gives a unique atmosphere. The private terrace is a real plus, a real gem to relax. In the event of an incident, such as the loss of my room key, the manager intervened quickly to apologize in person for the lack of a duplicate and the wait, which was very much appreciated. That said, incident management could be more effective, especially with better staff training. Some staff members sometimes make awkward remarks or do not always anticipate a solution for immediate comfort. But, after all, it's not a 5-star establishment. For the value for money, it's flawless (5/5), and the originality of the place deserves a 10/5. A great discovery!

My family and I were won over by Samson's place. First of all, the host on site was very welcoming, we were hosted very well. We found a clean place with good bedding and clean linens. The place is even more beautiful in real life. It is very large and spacious, far beyond our expectations. Our five children felt right at home. They had space to play and also in their respective rooms. We found a healthy home with all the amenities for a great vacation. The neighborhood is peaceful and secure. Then, Samson was responsive to any request and the on-site host was available at the slightest need. This is the first time I've managed to spend full nights in a place other than my own. I felt really safe and so did my family. Thanks to Samson, I found my vacation residence for my next vacation in Abidjan. I would recommend it 100%.

Very nice welcome once again in a place I already knew. The accommodation is clean, the staff welcoming, the 2 caretakers are great (one at night and one during the day) and always ready to serve. There was nothing missing from the place. There are a lot of people downstairs but I liked it and my friends who were invited to my house loved it too. So many things are accessible from this place and the Treichville state pool, the House of culture where we were able to attend the concert of Tiken Jah and many other things. Frankly, even at night I I felt safe. Thanks again

Roland is a very and available host. He is very responsive to needs. The apartment is very clean and matches the description. The family stay is really worth the candle.
