Vacation rentals with a pool in Zone 10

Very cozy and homey, very clean and recommended to be a little more restful of traffic and stress in the city

I was looking for a place near UNIS (universidad del istmo) and was the correct place.

An excellent host quit responses attentive to everything Carlos is nice person very helpful at all times I highly recommend.

The house is very nice and comfortable, Mynor is always looking the house is better in person than shown in the pictures.

Great location! Enjoyed the amenities the neighborhood offered. The place itself was nice and had everything we needed. It was organized and well maintained. We had a lot of fun and it was a great experience.

We had a great stay at this location. It is private and provides a secure entry and exit way. It was clean, orderly and has a functional layout plus an attached private garage enclosure for 2 vehicles. If we were to offer a recommendation to the host it would to provide additional towels. We do, however, recommend eating at San Martin’s located right next door, within walking distance in the sought out Plaza Madero. Also, grateful to the hosts for their quick and professional replies. If we visit again in the near future, we plan to stay here again!

Thank you for allowing my family (10 guests) to stay at your fabulous property. We felt very safe in this spectacular gated community. I have never had a host who responded so quickly to my queries. Very nice rest house to take advantage of the pool and have a good time. The location is a little complicated but the house has a very good space and very well cared for. Byron is very friendly and attentive to the requirements.

The place in very good location, clean, has everything you need, organized, soft bed for good sleep, easy access, I recommend it and would be safe to come back ✌️

My boyfriend and I had a great stay this week! It was a great condo with a beautiful view. Tue building was beautiful and so close to everything! Great parking space and the location felt safe and friendly. Alfonso was always very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

This Airbnb was really great. We felt luxurious staying here. It was an easy checkin for a late night, they provided a secure code and the building and surrounding areas were very safe. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi which had food service as well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Guatemala City. Easy to get to if you have a stop over and need to get to and from the airport quickly.

Excellent place, very large, nice rooms, the entire apartment is very clean and nice, the location is ideal since it gets off in the elevator and the shopping center is located so it is accessible to go shopping or for food, I highly recommend it and the host is the best I have found in the app.

A very nice place with a view of Guatemala City. I definitely recommend it to those looking to spend time in Guatemala City. The times to other places are very short and the airport is nearby. We're grateful to the department team who were always looking out for us. I would definitely come back.
