Great location for easy access to old town. Very safe and secure location with good view of river and old town. Comfortable, local convenient places to eat. Pizza place well worth a visit. Just as the pictures show and a great place to explore Santo Domingo from.

Me and my much better half have stayed at Yaimel’s apartments a few times now and it’s always been a great experience. We just stayed for 10 days and everything was as good as advertised. Yaimel and Ana are very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant experience. The 24 hour front desk staff are very pleasant and always willing to assist. The neighborhood is also really cool with many hidden gems to have a great cocktail and a nice meal. Looking forward to our next visit. Also a great place to stay if you’re working remotely!

Safe and clean

I stayed at this air bnb for 3 weeks and I can honestly say I felt like I was at home. It was so clean when I got there, he made the access to the apartment easy and safe. His generosity, communication and attention was above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Dominican Republic. We had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment is large and was clean and you have everything you need. The location is unbeatable. You are super close to the Zona Colonial and can walk to many sights. A large supermarket (Sirena) is also very close. The host was also very kind and quick to respond to questions. Spacious and beautiful apartment, with all the comforts for a quiet and comfortable stay. With good parking and security at all times. The area is very quiet, clean and close to everything. The esplanade is close by for a walk. Orlando accommodated us with some requests we had in a comprehensive, flexible and friendly way. He was very respectful and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable, it was very easy to get there. Also just 8 minutes away in car from the Colonial Zone. Check in was super smooth and the guys at the reception were very helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, the floor and bathrooms were shiny. The bed linens smelled amazing, the pillows were super soft, and everything felt fresh and cozy. They placed water and coffee, really appreciated :) there is also a little market a few minutes walking in case you need anything to eat or drink, we ordered breakfast one of the days and it was delicious! Marcos apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. We loved the location especially for the dogs. The university is across the street. Although a fairly busy road at some points during the day it was actually very quiet and many times there weren’t any cars on the road. We loved the couch and big TV in the living room. All around a great experience thanks Marcos!

Apartment suitably located in area central to lots of amenities. The apartment building has a very good gym and swimming pool which met my needs. The apartment is clean and cosy also nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

Great location, cant get any better than that. Apartment was very cozy. The jacuzzi is a perfect! Everything was just perfect. Near alot of great restaurants will definitely recommend. Security was also great.
