Vacation rentals in Zona Bananera

El apartamento es amplio, suficientemente equipado, tiene una vista preciosa, divisas atardeceres inolvidables, el ambiente también es tranquilo, a la copropiedad acuden mayoritariamente familias, cercano a la playa, con múltiples opciones, a pocos metros encuentras a pescadores que de brindan a buen precio la captura del día, cruzando la calle te puedes topar con unas arepas de huevo legendarias, también tienes muy cerca supermercados para abastecerte, como una gran oferta de restaurantes cercana en Zazue, excelente ubicación para disfrutar de mañanas o tardeos por la playa, también fácilmente comunicado por la troncal del caribe, excelente destino, altamente recomendado, ¡la pasamos súper en familia!

El apartamento nos pareció súper completo. Nos encantó la decoración, la comodidad de las camas, y todos los implementos de cocina. Además de los tv Smartv y aires acondicionados funcionando a la perfección y muy modernos. Cómo recomendación tenemos 2 puntos que en comparación con otros Airbnb pensamos que podrían mejorar: 1. Los vasos de cristal no son de muy buena calidad y da miedo usarlos, por ejemplo el que usamos se daño al momento de lavarlo al meter la esponja. Y pienso que por el costo que pagamos del apartamento esos utensilios podrían ser mejores o en su defecto en el caso de daño no se cobren por aparte. 2. Así como se tiene jabón de cuerpo suficiente para la estadía, también se podría incluir un shampoo y papel higiénico. En nuestro caso que veníamos en avión, es difícil estar comprando y cargando con papel higiénico y shampoo. Cómo les digo, las anteriores recomendaciones son comparando con otros Airbnb que hemos estado en Samaria. Volveremos, 5 estrellas.

Lorena was a great host. She was always responsive and the apartment was perfect. Loved the view of the ocean and wrap around deck. We were visiting for a wedding so having the Marriot steps away from the apartment building was a huge plus as many people from the wedding were staying there. Although we were not guests at the Marriot we were able to enjoy the breakfast and lunch at an additional cost. Fernandez at the front desk was so sweet and incredibly helpful with arranging taxis as well as providing recommendations in the area and what the appropriate prices were for taxi's. Would definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Santa Marta. Other Notes: -Plaza Zazue is only a 5 min drive and has a supermarket so you can stock the kitchen. -The city center is about a 20min car ride

Para comenzar el apartamento y el conjunto residencial como tal ESPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos y el personal en Santa Marta fueron muy amables desde el comienzo estando pendiente de toda la familia incluso de los perritos. nos ayudaron en todos los aspectos para que la estadia fuera lo mas comoda posible. Adicional nosotros viajamos temprano y gestionaron de la mejor manera para lograr entregarnos antes de tiempo el apartamento para nuestra mayor comodidad. 100%RECOMENDADO

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and even nicer than in the pictures. It was a great stay with really nice amenities and we had everything we needed during our stay. Would recommend this place and stay here again when in Santa Marta.

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

Nothing to complain about. It would be helpful to write in the description that the use of Jacuzzi needs pre-booking and each apartment is allowed one hour per day. You can book it in person the same day at 9am

This was our second time staying at Wenzel’s place. The location is our favorite spot in Santa Marta - Playa Salguero. It is much more quiet and peaceful than neighboring Rodadero, yet still very convenient to the historic center (a taxi ride costs about $5 USD each way). The building is right on the beach and the unit has a lateral ocean view. The building has a lovely pool and common area on the 3rd floor with spectacular sunset views. A couple of notes: the gym in the building is very minimal and needs maintenance. Also, I’d recommend walking down the beach to the left from the building a ways for swimming to get away from the small river that enters the ocean there. All in all, our favorite place to stay in Santa Marta. Will be back!
