On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cutlery, dishes, sugar, salt, oil, tea, coffee...). In the gallery there are 3 single beds and 1 double bed (linen, towels, blankets...), TV and wifi. On the spacious terrace there are 2 barbecues, sun loungers and lazybags for relaxation, as well as a wooden table with a bench and chairs. The water is technical, not for drinking. Parking provided

Welcome to our guesthouse, a simple yet inviting space on our family property. Inside, you'll find a well-lit bathroom with a rain shower, a TV, and internet. A coffee machine, fridge, and comfy sofa make the living area ideal for relaxation. An elevated space holds two mattresses—one for sleeping, the other for lounging—that convert into beds for groups of four. Outside, enjoy a seat at a table set before a hill of sun-loving plants. No kitchen, but home-cooked meals are available upon request.

Outside, there's a covered terrace with mountain views, and the house offers plenty of space and privacy.

You can also go for a swim in the Drina river wich is 1km from our campsite.

Our cabin is located in the heart of Western Serbia in Negbina in proximity of all the landmarks of the region, including Murtenica, Zlatibor, Zlatar, and Uvac Special Nature Reserve. There are 3 lakes in under a 20-minute drive from our cabin: Tavničko, Zlatarsko, and Radoinjsko. Peace and quiet, stunning nature, and views for days! A couple of local houses can be seen around the property at a distance. People in the neighborhood are friendly and love company.

Planinska Koliba Ekclusive se nalazi na planini Tari u mestu Sekulići, na putu za Mokru Goru. Udaljeno je 4km od Mitrovca i 8km od Zaovinskog jezera. Drvengrad u Mokroj Gori udaljen je 18 kilometara. Jezero Perućac je udaljeno 16 km, a Kaluđerske Bare 20 km. Do kuće se dolazi asfaltnim putem. U cenu ulazi korišćenje saune. Na 100m od kuće se nalaze restoran i mini market. The cottage Pustolov on Uvac is located along the coast of Sjenica (Uvac Lake), on Zlatar Mountain. It is 40 km away from the city of Sjenica and 17 km away from Nova Varos. The cottage has its own fenced yard, free for guests to park. At the entrance to the cottage there is a terrace suitable for sitting and sunbathing, from where there is a direct view of the lake as well as the surrounding forests.

The house is in a great location. Isolated, on top of a hill next to a forest. You'll need about a 2-hour drive from Belgrade. Separate large parking lot. The courtyard of the house covers 50 acres, ideal for families with children. In the courtyard there is a sauna that is additionally charged and a hot tub that is free, it is only necessary to order a fire with the wood that is provided
