The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

From the large terrace you have a great view of the Szczecin Lagoon! Very tasteful decor with a lot of love for detail. In the outbuilding there are saunas, fitness, massage lounges, playrooms for toddlers, billiards, table tennis. Lagoon terrace for chilling, barbecue area, children's playground and much more. The vacation home Rosalie is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden plot of about 500 m². People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.
