We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. You are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within walking distance. The apartment is 45m² and has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed,shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Die romantische Einraumwohnung im Landhaus liegt in Menzlin. Das ruhige Dorf befindet sich 2 km von der Peene entfernt, dem "Amazonas des Nordens". Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....
