Excellent location of the accommodation at a reasonable price with complete equipment suitable for a larger group of people.

A modern and comfortable apartment, equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a comfortable, sunny balcony. Very nice location, the village is distinguished by elegant buildings and a nice park.

The apartment is very comfortable for a 2+2 family, it will work freely for 2+3 or even 2+4. Very nicely decorated apartment with many amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, spacious glass balcony). I think the only thing missing is a microwave. Parking spots all the way around. The host is very kind, she speaks great English, but of course you can try Polish-Slovak. In general, a great place! The biggest drawback is the same city - Martin is definitely not a tourist city. Yes, you can eat or shop, but the attractions in the city are very limited. Actually a bit of monuments and museums, rope park, promenade. However, you can have a car in a reasonable time - 20-60 minutes - to get to Zilina (there is now a renovation of the road and it is more difficult), a small and big fatra, and several castles (we recommend). As a base, it's great. And the price compensates for the need for longer routes by car.

We loved the apartment, it is modernly equipped and spacious. Flexible entry time with convenience. It's by the rail, which didn't bother us. And hassle free parking.

The place to stay was very nice and clean. Well furnished apartment, suitable for family with children. We had a crib, a high chair, toys, board games (we had a good time every night :)), a nice kitchen with everything needed. The host was very kind, we only communicated on the phone, but she was always responsive. She took care to make us feel at home in the flat. When there was a problem with the heating, she addressed it right away. The apartment is also close to the center, within 5 minutes of shops, restaurants, cafes, spas. Rajecké Teplice is a nice little spa town and the neighborhood offers a lot of possibilities for hiking. We definitely recommend this accommodation for other guests. We felt very comfortable there:)

This apartment was just amazing! Beautifully decorated space, everything clean, cozy and very comfortable. The biggest experience was clearly the spectacular view – morning coffee on the balcony at sunrise was unforgettable. The apartment had everything I needed: comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi and lots of nice touches that made me feel right at home. The location was quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to restaurants, shops, and interesting places. The host was very kind, accommodating, and communication went smoothly. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who wants to relax in style – I'd love to come back again!

Absolutely amazing apartment in a great location to explore Zilina and the surrounding areas. The apartment is stunningly furnished with ample space for the three of us. The cafe in the park opposite is great, with drinks served all day too next to a kids playground.

We had really good time at Peters house. Communication was perfect and house and surroundings is very beautiful. Can only recommend!

Great place to relax. In the backyard, there is a pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, clean and very nice hosts. I'm sure we'll be back someday.

We felt very comfortable in the house. It's cozy and breathed the old days, we especially enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the evening. At that point, the place is very clean and maintained. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk to the center of Rajecké Teplice. The host is very kind and helpful. We would definitely come next time.

We had a wonderful stay here. Place was peaceful, clean perfect for weekend getaway. Kids had fun and us parents enjoyed the wellness. All you are looking for when it comes to a weekend off. Petra is a great host and communication was smooth.
