房東親自接待，非常親切。 住宿地點夜晚寧靜，車流量也不高。 周邊商圈林立，可搭配共享單車，大大提升便利性。

房東真的很貼心，照顧的非常好，有機會真的一定要回來再住❤️

是咖啡廳的三樓，空間很大很乾淨，周圍有便利商店很方便，晚上也很安靜。 有問題回覆的很及時，很熱心幫忙，下次如果還有類似的活動也會來這邊~

房東善良好溝通 晚上在戶外烤肉時 當天剛好下大雨，烤肉的屋頂上會漏水。應該要修繕會更好。床乾淨又好睡 但唯一的缺點就是房間裡面都沒有廁所需走下樓才能上 。不適合頻尿+老人住宿。洗澡水壓因該是壞掉了 忽冷忽熱非常嚴重，如果在冬天是肯定感冒的～好顯當天沒長輩同行入住～要不然肯定被罵死的～應該需修繕的～看的出來房東有用心再管理房源 還有早餐吃呢～

We loved staying here! The first floor is a small private coworking/lobby space that was super modern and inviting with great coffee and a little kitchen. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and said good morning every morning as they passed by which really brightened up the day. Granted, something to note is that I didn't get from the listing that there wasn't an elevator and our room was on the fourth floor, which was difficult as we had four luggages. But the hosts were super flexible about letting us keep the heavy ones on the first floor and the space was safe enough that no one touched our things. Definitely would stay here again! Loved drinking coffee in the morning on the top floor balcony and seeing the unique Japanese colonialism era architecture of the neighborhood.

This is my fifth time in Taipei and I have to say Peifen’s place is the best I’ve stayed. The location is perfect as it’s parallel to DiHua Street, a heritage street with a good mix of old and new, and lots of local delicacies. Though some reviews said that it’s quite a distance to the the closest subway station, i find it quite walkable to many of the shopping streets - like Nanjing Road, especially on a good weather day. Plus, the room card is actually the subway card so guests can just TOP up and use, how brilliant! Room is also very clean and spacious, beautifully designed! Definitely will stay here again if I visit Taipei next time.

host was very friendly & responsive! i had a wonderful stay at their place, it was comfortable and clean, really felt like a home :) convenient 7-11 and family mart downstairs too! host was helpful to offer pickup from A7 station and help us check on bus routes nearby. also was understanding on checkout timing and we greatly appreciated!

這邊比我想像中有更多的餐廳，平常出門走幾個街口就有YouBike，然後一直都是下坡路。直接YouBike出去很快，也很方便去找更多美食。房間很大很乾淨，有一張書桌、一張沙發還有一個陽台，遮光窗簾也很厚實。有升降機也很方便進出，不到半分鐘距離就已經有兩家便利商店，其中一家還有提供洗烘衣服機。這邊環境很安靜，也有很多不同類型的餐廳，到繁忙的市區也不到10分鐘腳踏車的路程。就是去南寮也只需要1個小時的腳踏車🚴
