On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a double bedroom with air conditioning, and the possibility of an extra bed or a camping bed. The accommodation is in a favorable position for those who travel along the Via Francigena, 5 km from Lake Bolsena, 10 km from the Terme dei Papi, 7 km from the new Terme Naturali Oasi, Civita di Bagnoregio 12 km away, and the international circuit 5 km away.

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).
