In one word: Wow! We loved it there! We had nothing missing, very nicely decorated and this in a top location. If you don't become zen here, then nowhere... Otto and Nathalie, you are more than worth the 5 stars!

We had a great stay at this place with three couples and two toddlers. The rooms were a bit tight with a crib, but perfectly adequate. The kitchen has the standard equipment of appliances – a leaking coffee machine kept us busy, but should now be replaced (nobody had previously reported it to the hosts). The surroundings and the ambience with views of the castle are simply fantastic. In sunny weather, you can spend all day on the premises without it getting boring. The dogs often run around freely and are very affectionate and playful, so wonderful for dog fans! The sauna instructions could be a little more detailed, but after a few tries we got them working. All in all, a great place to just unwind or spend time with friends or family. Would recommend to anyone!

The stay at Nathalie's was very pleasant. We were there with seven guys and really enjoyed our time. The pool was great, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to make full use of it. Nathalie was a great and very friendly host. She gave us tips about the surrounding area, and communication was excellent. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Stany's villa is fantastic and Stany is a great host! Responds very quickly to questions and always tries to think along. So I was allowed to check in earlier to decorate the house. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the garden was beautiful! Very spacious villa, the bedrooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. Also plenty of space for a large group, also for all groceries. I would definitely come here again! We had a fantastic weekend.

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

i cannot say enough about Gordon's place - it was beautiful and quirky and stylish and comfortable. I was travelling with my dog between north america and africa and he was very welcoming, doing everything he could to make us feel at home during our two day layover. Gordon himself struck the perfect balance of being present but not intrusive - the perfect host, really.

What an amazing house! A very nice atmosphere, it felt to me like the house embraces you. Beautiful location, right in the middle of the city and yet very quiet. Beautiful green garden. Bart is a great host. We were very kindly received. Definitely recommended if you like a house with character. I also found the story behind this house very inspiring and beautiful. Thank you Bart! Our stay was short but we would love to come back!

Nice place with lovely large garden with a nice canopy for outdoor dining and a jacuzzi. The house is also pleasant and big enough. All the comforts and clean. But for the feeling of privacy, I would have liked a hedge between both houses, for example. Although the (super friendly) hosts were not much at home, it still feels like you look in together very easily. But.. definitely enjoyed this nice place and who knows, we might come back again.

We had a great stay at the house. The fenced garden was worth its weight in gold with small children. the house is fully equipped, the kitchen very modern, nothing was missing. the beds were also really in very good condition. We had problems with the refrigerator, then we talked on the phone and a solution was found immediately. Too bad Nicolai didn't mention (at least I didn't read / find it) that there are also children's toys in the room above. Our son was particularly happy about the huge cuddly toy bear. Everything else about toys was more for girls, but that doesn't matter. we would come back anytime and book the house again.

we enjoyed the beautiful house in a wonderful location very much. Unfortunately, the weather was not really bad, but inside it was warm and cozy. we would love to come back with nice weather. There's plenty to do nearby, so you definitely don't get bored.

If you want to get in touch with nature then this is the place for you. Great stay and had everything we've needed (no TV specially). David was a responsive host. we would come back. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The house was perfectly clean and smells wonderful. You have everything you need during your stay. Tomas and Elmosa were great at communicating with us; they are friendly, responsive and flexible. The heater stopped working during the night and Tomas came first thing in the morning to make it work again. The garden is truly beautiful but some parts could be maintained better. Overall we recommend this house for a relaxing stay.

The house was very elegant and well-appointed, with lovely historic details as well as modern amenities. The bathrooms in particular were beautifully-done, with excellent features like a large tub and shower stall. The hosts were very welcoming and left plenty of information about the house, the neighbourhood, and various things to do in the city. It does have a lot of narrow stairs - if you have any mobility issues that make it difficult to climb stairs, it could be an issue, but it is a historic home with many original features still intact, so it adds to the flavour. The neighbourhood was lively, if a bit noisy at times, and there were many good restaurants nearby. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, so it wasn't too difficult to get around. I also have to put in a good word for the hosts, who were extremely helpful when I had a question about where to find a drugstore after 8pm, when most local places were already closed. Thank you!

We arrived with three children and a dog and felt very comfortable. The house is very spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Alan was always available, very friendly, open-minded and helpful. We highly recommend the accommodation for exploring Brussels and its surroundings.

We stayed with 3 couples and 2 kids and had plenty of space! Clean and fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and handy with the air conditioning. You could immediately walk nicely and also some restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was very quiet. Laura was very communicative, recommended!

Manpreet is a great host and an excellent communicator. He was extremely fast to respond to any queries and was very quick to offer any help or guidance for the entire stay. The apartment was extremely clean and offered a lot of space for all guests. The layout was thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the living area was perfect for chilling. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, with fresh linens and plenty of pillows provided. The location of the apartment was also ideal, with easy access to local shops. It also has great parking outside enough for a few cars. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Manpreet went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

Good location, very well equipped kitchen and excellent communication with the owner. There was a minor issue with a socket that was sorted out right away. The bathroom is gorgeous with a deep, comfy bath and a spacious shower. The beds are very comfortable too. Walking distance to independent shops with beautiful fresh produce, lovely bakeries and plenty of cosy cafés and eateries. Rupel Sushi especially recommended. We also loved the big Saturday morning market which is well worth a visit. Mechelen is a beautiful, safe city. The tourist information is excellent. Lots of guides, maps and gorgeous postcards. Friendly, multi-lingual staff. A word of caution: there are ebikes and e- scooters everywhere. They travel at considerable speed and we had a few close calls. Take particular care when crossing road and cycle paths.

We stayed as a group of 8 friends in Matthieus and Helenes beautiful home and really enjoyed our time in this quiet and grounding neighborhood. There was everything we could wish for an Matthieu was very helpful with all our questions and responded very quickly to messages. One of our highlights was coming down in the morning to classical music playing in the kitchen and enjoying the view into the green surrounding. Thank you so much Matthieu and Helene, that you share your precious home with guests. We will keep this weekend in very good memory and treasure this stay :)

Beautifully renovated. Lovely private garden with both sunny and shaded places to sit and enjoy your Nespresso or glass of wine. Two good sized comfortable sofa’s which is a very big plus point! Plenty of relaxed seating in the living room area for everyone (often not the case with Airbnb’s for 4 guests). Great location for walking, cycling or exploring Gent. Plenty of information available on things to do or see in the area, and a great host! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your lovely Cottage.
