Family-friendly vacation rentals in Żejtun

Seagull Penthouse was everything we hoped for & more. We had an absolutely wonderful week staying here & will definitely be back. Lisa is so lovely, friendly, & committed to everything being great for guests. It's a fabulous apartment, really smart, yet feels homely too. Appliances, fixtures & fittings are all great quality. Comfy beds, & a great night's sleep generally. The spa tub is a great bonus & is really decent, both in size & different functions. You feel on top of the world in there & on balcony - & are not overlooked either. With regards parking, we never failed to get on the quiet road right by the apartment. Sunday is busier due to the market's popularity - rightly so - wow we bought some amazing fish. We did prawns on the BBQ one night & I oven baked a whole, huge wild seabass another. Delicious. Local restaurants are GREAT, too. Honestly, could have stayed a month if we didnt have work to get in the way. Our 12yr old daughter loved it, too. Will be returning!!!

Andy’s place was perfect for our girls trip to Malta! Very clean, felt safe and was only 15 minutes from the airport. A short drive to nearby towns like Sliema and Valetta. Would definitely recommend for your next stay in Malta.

A place with history, like so much of Malta but with all modern amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were really relaxing after a day's sightseeing - we spent all our time 'at home' beside the pool! Thank you Shaun for great communication and a great stay.

Loved the house and location, had a 360 view of the sea from the roof terrace. The children enjoyed their time in the swimming pools. Had all the amenities needed for a home away from home. The cleaner and owner were very helpful and accommodating to our family and we really appreciate that.

The villa was beautiful. Everywhere was spacious and clean. The pool is perfect. Overall really pleased with our stay. Location was good but due to the mobility of the guests walking to the beach was not an option. The driver we had was absolutely first class - provided by the villa. A couple of maintenance issues which were quickly fixed.

Stephanie was an excellent host. She sent useful information before we arrived and greeted us on arrival. There were one or two minor issues with plumbing that were sorted promptly and in a friendly manner. The place is really lovely especially the pool area. There were six of us but there is ample room for up to ten people . The Bolt taxi service is good but I would say a hire car is almost essential if, like us want to explore a lot of Malta. Mellieha is an excellent hub for water sports and the ferry to Gozo. Overall I think Citrine villa is a beautiful if a little faded gem.

Everything was as described, 1 small downside the pool was in the shade from about 3 p.m.

Moritz was super host- super quick to reply. The apartment is in a great location in my favourite place in Malta, super outside space for relaxing and enjoying the views of Spinola Bay You have an amazing choice of superb restaurants right on your doorstep. Would definitely return. Thank you Moritz mum and I had a fabulous relaxing stay.

From the time of booking, communication with Tina was excellent – fast, helpful and with many useful tips (e.g. restaurant list). When we opened the balcony door, the breathtaking view of Valletta immediately impressed us. The location is ideal: ferries and buses are directly opposite, supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby. From the balcony you have a great view of the promenade of Sliema, and yet it is quiet in the apartment – the bedrooms are at the back. If we travel to Malta again, we would book this apartment again in a heartbeat. Small note: For Malta, you need an adapter for British sockets (type G).

Fantastic villa with a breathtaking view and the host was extremely welcoming.

My partner and I had the best time at Sim's property. It is a beautiful flat, spacious and comfortable. Sim's recommendations were spot on and not like anything we had seen before - his level of detail in the information he sent before check in was unheard of. We are very happy to have stayed at Sim's flat and definitely recommend it!

Robert (and his lovely dog Duke!) was an incredible and attentive host. He provided amenities (such as a taxi service from the airport; fruit, bread and water), and helpful directions and recommendations. His apartment was full of charm and felt homey. It was steps to the water, and had views of the Upper Barrakka gardens. I highly recommend Robert’s place, and hope to return soon!

Thank you for having us! Lucy's place was very cozy, private, in a more quiet part of the city but easy to reach the rest of Valetta and other places we wanted to visit around the islands.

The house was so beautiful and was easily walkable to some great restaurant and bars. We were able to easily get to Valletta when we wanted, but it was nice to be able to get away for some peace and quiet. The rooftop was our absolute favourite and had stunning sunsets every night. Thank you so much for having us :)

This was our second stay at Marthese's place, and we just love it. Perfect for a quiet week of relaxation, always spotless and comfortable, and the smart TV is a great new addition if you want a quiet night in while you're there! Thanks Marthese!

A lovely week! Alexandra was so helpful and accommodating! There is a lot of building work on Gozo and the traffic past the house did reflect this but the house was outstanding! The garage over the road was pretty noisy too! We walked a lot as the temperature was perfect for adventuring. The village Sqaure is so pretty at night and we ate at a lovely local restaurant which had the most wonderful vegetarian and fish options!! Xlendi is in walking distance and was a firm favourite along with the sand buggie tour!!! Alexandra and her team clearly care and love this house and put a lot of attention into making it a fabulous and quirky place to stay!!! Thank you for everything!

We stayed in four properties during our trip to Malta & Gozo. This was by far the most professional and communicative host with the highest standard. The property has been cleverly thought through- from potato peelers and cheese graters to deckchairs- they are excellent quality. You are made to feel that you are valued and the host has not provided you with cheap utensils. The finish overall was amazing. It was well stocked with everything- indoor and pool towels. The tv is easy to use- we got Amazon Prime working easily. The pool is gorgeous and very peaceful. We felt safe as a family of four and found getting places using Bolt no problem.

We had a fantastic holiday at the apartment and we didn’t want to come home. The apartment was huge and had everything we needed. Our 3 year old son loved zooming around the apartment and the space outside and the pool was perfect. Alison was the best host ever, such a lovely person and gave us great recommendations which we really appreciated. She had left plenty of essential groceries for our arrival which was super duper helpful, and even brought us an amazing pizza on our last night too. The location is so handy for shops and we could walk with a pram to restaurants nearby. We found a few local parks for our son to play in within walking distance too. We can’t recommend Alison’s apartment enough, and I’m sure we will come back in the future x

Beautiful location with stunning views and perfect for a friend gateway with plenty of spaces to socialise. The pool was amazing aswell as the bbq. Highly recommend.

"Wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. Great location—just a short walk to restaurants. The private pool area was a lovely touch, well-used, and gets sun for most of the day. The host, Shawn, was very helpful and responsive. He even greeted us at the apartment despite our flight arriving really late, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

Absolutely lovely little apartment in a private gated area, close to the waterfront and amenities like the ferry, day boat trips and the hop on/off bus and selection of restaurants. Great base in Gozo to get to other places like Victoria, Dwejra Bay etc. Krisztina was great in communication and helpful and made sure safe arrival, check in and made sure everything was alright plus giving detailed information on surrounding areas of things to do.

The stay in Marianne’s villa was excellent. The gardens and pool were beautiful and the villa was fabulous. Marianne was lovely and met us when we arrived but left us to enjoy the holiday. When we did contact her, she organised a repair the same afternoon, and was always very friendly! There were some nice restaurants within walking distance and some great beaches and sites within a short drive! I would thoroughly recommend!
