The apartment is on the same floor as the other 2 on our listing and you can book all 3 apartments for a total of 9 people.

Beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea are within 10 min walking or 2 min by car. It is perfect if you are looking for a getaway from a busy city or just want to relax, swim and sunbathe.

Our apartment was renovated in 2024 & is fully functioning. The façade and outer environment are currently under construction.

Soba Old Town nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. For those who like clubbing, one of the greatest Croatian disco clubs Aurora Primošten is just 5 minutes away by car.

Apartment is on first floor offering wonderful sea view from spacious terrace that can be used for lunch / socializing. Heated pool is always available for usage. Beachfront offers free sunbeds and shaders. Beach is nearby. Apartment was renovated in 2023. with new bathrooms, new kitchen and some furniture like beds and outdoor table/chairs.
