The place was absolutely amazing and as advertised in the photos. Ann-Sofie was also very quick to respond and super helpful at all times. The place was spotless and was the perfect getaway we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

the apartment was clean with beautiful surroundings. Odette is super friendly and responded quick to any of my questions. it was worth the price, although we didn't have free wifi as the it shows that here, however, I would say that this apartment is even more beautiful than what is showing in the pictures here, the pictures doesn't do it justice. I stayed for 10 days and it felt like home. would definitely book the place again whenever I'm visiting Fumba again.

We had a great time at Lulus' place. The house was clean and matched the photos. Place is a bit far from Stone town and any touristy activities but very close to the airport.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Fumba Town verbracht! Es war sehr ruhig und sauber! Die Wohnung und der Service von Neema sind super! Wunderschöne Umgebung mit schönem Park, super Pool und das Meer ist auch sehr einladend bei Flut. Einkufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants alles zu Fuss durch schöne, schattige Parks mit vielen Pflanzen, erreichbar. Super Spielplatz für die Kinder gleich vis à vis der Wohnung!

We had an amazing time in this apartment in paje. It is not far from the beach and the swimmingpool is great. Everything went well, laundry machine available, everything necessary for cooking, people are the gate are really welcoming. We would definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this cozy duplex in The Soul, Paje! We felt welcomed by the vibrant community and the peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect home away from home. Whether you're staying for a few nights or planning a long-term stay, this place truly has everything you need. One of the highlights for me was the stunning lagoon pool. It was such a joy to step outside and take a refreshing dip whenever we wanted! The pool area is beautifully maintained, with shallow sections that make it perfect for families with kids. The entire resort feels very secure, thanks to the 24/7 security, and the welcoming lobby and reception staff were always helpful. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. This duplex is the perfect spot to experience the best of Paje and Zanzibar. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Fukuchani Inn is wonderful - the staff is pleasant, kind, and very willing to help with whatever you might need. Everyone was friendly and we had a wonderful stay. The Inn is right near the ocean, a quick little walk to a beautiful (albeit rocky) beach, and it's very close (about 15 mins) from Nungwi beach. And the pool is lovely! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Villa and it was perfect for my family, plenty of space and very clean. And of course I have to mention Daisy, the basset hound!! Such a friendly and good girl :) We would love to come back one day - overall, great stay :) Friendly reminder to travelers, Tanzania and Zanzibar often have power outages, and this includes A/C - but they only lasted a few mins each time, and the staff aims to provide as comfortable a stay as possible.

My stay at this beautiful property in Zanzibar was incredible. The house is truly a dream—spacious, elegant, and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. The multiple terraces provide breath taking views, perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset, while the private pool and gardens offer the ultimate space to unwind. There is a very special feature in this property that is a private access to the ocean. It gives you your own slice of paradise. The house is wonderfully private, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet it’s close enough to explore Zanzibar’s many attractions. The host is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure every need is met. Her warmth, attention to detail, and local tips made the experience unforgettable. We stayed at Fumba town for 5 days and the place was brilliant. Thanks to our lovely host and area the place was worth it. Bathroom and rooms looked better than in the picture.

Simone was een geweldige host! Reageerde super snel. Saïd haalde ons van het vliegveld en stond altijd paraat. Mtumwa poetse geweldig! Brandschoon. Bedden werden elke 4 dagen heerlijk verschoond. Bij uitval van electriciteit en water was er een generator. Fijn! Strand voor de deur niet echt schoon, maar klein stukje lopen en je hebt een fijn strand. In huis een info map met allerlei tips voor uitstapjes. Je kunt de hulpzame Saïd als chauffeur vragen, of iemand anders. Kinderen uit de buurt spelen voor de deur op het strand. Wij hebben er van genoten! Zet om 17.30 je stoel op het strand en kijk naar de visserbootjes die met hun vangst terugkomen. Het huis heeft een heerlijke veranda met eettafel en stoelen, waar je kunt ontbijten etc. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf van 4 weken gehad en danken Simone voor de goeie communicatie! Tip: neem eea voor de kinderen mee. Ze zijn echt arm.

Centre ville accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied, logement fidèle à la description. Diana et Omary ont été très flexibles quant à nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ, en plus d’être toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci à eux !

Wie waren aufgrund der aktuellsten eher schlechten Bewertung etwas skeptisch. Haben dann trotzdem gebucht, da wir ganz kurzfristig einchecken konnten und der Preis einfach super war. Welch Glück: es war definitiv die geräumigste und komfortabelste Unterkunft, die wir auf unserer Rundreise auf Sansibar hatten👍👍👍 Besonders das große Wohn-/Esszimmer war trotz der Hitze angenehm kühl und wir verbrachten dort bei starkem Regen einen gemütlichen Spieleabend. Dieses Zimmer ist das einzige des Hauses welches nur mit Metallmückenschutz und ohne Fensterscheiben ausgestattet ist. So geht durch die vielen Fenster immer ein angenehmer Luftzug. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Zoe was an amazing host and really helpful with providing recommendations on where to eat and what to see on the island. Zoe was also very quick with her responses which made our stay at Zanzibar stress free. The property was spacious, with the showers having good water pressure and the beds being covered in mosquito nets. We had rented a car and we were able to park the car safely inside the gate. Overall we would definitely recommend Zoe as a host and her property as a great place to stay!

Our stay in Uroa was wonderful. Emanuele put us in touch with his property manager who helped us with everything from airport transfers, setting up tours and even getting some medicine when some of our family came down with the flu. Uroa is a little bit remote in terms of amenities but that is what we were looking for. There are a few local restaurants within walking distance on the beach but not much more than that. We enjoyed walking the beach every day, swimming and wading out to the sand bar at low tide. There are also people/companies on the beach if you want to setup snorkeling tours or watersports. The caretaker and the housekeeper do a wonderful job keeping up the property and the housekeeper even made a few meals for us with the groceries we bought in Stonetown! The house was beautiful and in good repair. Beds were good and the pool was great to relax in. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, just what we needed at the end of our trip to Tanzania!

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

Great apartment to stay. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed including washing machine to wash our clothes. The host was friendly and responsive. What I loved the most about the apartment is that its a great location.

appartamento molto curato con due split di aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata, residence assolutamente sicuro, molto curato con una splendida enorme piscina da godere in assoluta tranquillità, con lettini comodissimi e ombrelloni. nel residence vi è una caffettiera dove è possibile fare colazione o pranzo (anche con delivery) a pagamento. Christine ha risposto sempre alle nostre richieste con prontezza e cordialità. WiFi buono che permette di lavorare con un portatile. TV con Netflix . Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato un bottiglione di 20 litri di acqua minerale a nostra disposizione. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la lavatrice dell'appartamento poiché era guasta ma all'ultimo piano del fabbricato è possibile usufruire di due lavatrici in comune. Sicuramente Christine provvederà a risolvere il problema per i prossimi ospiti. Ringraziamo Christine per il check out che ci ha permesso di riposare e affrontare con serenità il lungo viaggio di ritorno a casa.

Incredible, serene and homely place in a quite neighbourhood with good security. Neat home, great furniture. I really enjoyed making breakfast in that kitchen, it had all the utensils we needed. And for the first time after a long while l got to eat breakfast made by my little brother, imagine. What an experience we had. Abdalrahman is a great host, always willing to assist and promptly responded to us. He even gave us good recommendations. Not only was Abdalrahman a great host, what made it even more special was that he partnered us with a great and reliable driver. We were picked up from the airport and that was the start of a memorable week. Yussuf (driver) took us to all the remarkable places and was also so helpful in breaching the language gap when we had to deal with other locals, he even taught us a bit of Swahili. We're definitely coming back!!!

The host Janine and Ramia were very responsive, helpful and very friendly! The location is ideal for easy local and private transportation, Stone town and the Darajani souk were 15 min by local tuktuk, supermarket and vegetable stands within walking distance and the place is a well maintained, housekeeper was provided twice weekly. We enjoyed the patio in the evening, and the neighborhood was safe and friendly. We waked to a local beach to see the sunset a few times, it was less than a mile away at Medinat Al Bahar. The hosts had great suggestions for activities and we liked the convenience of being able to prepare meals at home over our 3 week stay! I would recommend this place highly as it was outstanding and the hosts were amazing! I would definitely stay here again!

The stay at Mars place was excellent. The place looked exactly like the images. It was very clean as well which I liked. Mars was a very responsive and helpful host and would highly recommend this place. It is a bit of a distance to get to stone town but if you are in no rush theres several available taxis and tuk tuks you can hire. Thanks Mars.

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.

Mon mari et moi avons adoré notre séjour. nous avons passé plus de 7 semaines. La piscine lagon était très parfaite, la propreté était partout. Nous avons apprécié la femme de ménage chaque semaine. La seule chose difficile à été d'aller à la plage. Les routes sont horribles et pas évidentes et pleines d'eau quand il pleut. Trouver de quoi manger aussi fut un peu difficile, manque de produits. Nous avons trouvé d'excellents restaurants. Dans l'ensemble nous avons eu une excellente expérience.
