Beautiful place, shame we didn’t get to spend more time there. Will definitely be looking to see if the property is available should we return to Livingstone. Muftau was able to respond quickly to any questions asked.

The place is beautiful and private. The house is immaculate and with all the amenities listed. Floors, rooms and linen were very clean. There is power back up and hot water. They have wifi and a smart tv too. All the hosts and the caretaker Shim are very responsive and friendly. It exceeded my expectations and it’s a place I am definitely going to stay at again when I’m in Lusaka

A Perfect Escape in Nature! This property in the game reserve is an absolute gem! Surrounded by breathtaking nature, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and connect with the wild. The natural pool is a highlight—so serene and refreshing, it feels like it’s part of the landscape itself. The walking paths are well-marked, making it easy to explore without worry, and the abundance of wildlife is incredible! From curious Zebras to colorful birds, there’s always something exciting to spot. Lawrence was welcoming, and Rachel was very prompt in responding to messages. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway immersed in nature! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lusaka was indeed home away from home🤗

We were in Livingstone for a wedding, with multiple groups traveling in and booking a variety of accommodations and Airbnbs. Our place seemed to be the best of all the homes. We really enjoyed the pool and AC in the bedrooms. Most of all, the staff working at the house (Irene and Donut) were on site each day and were so helpful in helping coordinate laundry and other things that we ended up needing while in Zambia. We will definitely book this place anytime we’re in Livingstone.

if you use Google maps easy to find. you need private transport or Bolt to get somewhere. but that's just looking do find anything negative. ;-) .. overall more than happy. everything and more was there in kitchen and bathroom. we will be back!

we have a great time away in Emily's home from home. Even through plumbing, power and water issues (through no fault of Emilys) we still had a comfortable stay. The pool was a highlight and we loved spending time on the porch.

Everything was great! Brenda was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. I spent 23 days in Kingsland and the staff made me feel like family. The place was very secure. A special thanks to Brenda, the women that serviced the apartment & especially Mr. Shedrack the grounds keeper.

Really nice Airbnb, clean inside and out, with security. Host is very responsive and considerate as our check in was quite late. Nicely decorated, would definitely visit again. Things to note: location - you will need a car to get around which we did have but may be difficult if you don’t. property - the property is one of six in the same yard but is spacious for privacy. electricity - the property has a generator / solar panels and a gas stove which was useful when load shedding occurred.

I had a wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was conveniently located a short walk away from a mall with supermarket. Apartment was clean and had a nice outdoor patio. Daily housekeeping and laundry twice per week was a great feature. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend anyone looking for short or long stay accommodation to really try Grace's place. the apartments are clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with basic amenities a traveller may need. Grace is a wonderful host, very responsive, accommodating and flexible. Her house keepers are also on the premises, and always on hand to help when need arrises. i honestly have nothing negative to say, and I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

The hosts were very welcoming - very attentive and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was well equipped with modern amenities and the hosts had even left some treats to enjoy! The apartment is a great place to stay in Chipata - quiet and peaceful, out of the main hustle and bustle of the town. I was there for work and it was the ideal place to stay. Cleaning staff are friendly and there is good security with guards on both day and night. I would highly recommend this apartment as an alternative to a lodge especially if you like to prepare your own meals and have flexibility. I look forward to going back in the future!

We absolutely loved our staycation here . It’s very rare to find an Air bnb that put in the extra effort to ensure you have a hotel experience while at the same time ensuring it feels like home. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area with the pool was a highlight. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and serene experience. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing place! The apartment was extremely clean, modern interior design, good quality linen and an assortment of pillows to choose from. Host was very responsive and checked up on me. The gentleman by the gate and ladies looking after the property were also incredibly helpful and always available. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens that the photos don’t adequately reflect. Lovely for a drink and chat outdoors. The best part is that there is alternative power which was important for me as the country is undergoing quite a bit of load shedding (regular power outages). Two important points to note: Firstly, the bathroom has two steep steps which may not be appropriate for some guests. Uncertain if this is the same in the other apartments. Secondly, there can be quite a few mosquitoes outdoors in the evening so spray is important to have on standby, or simply closing the windows early. All in all, this is a fantastic place to book. I will stay here again and again!

We have booked again for when we return from Zimbabwe and before we continue on around Zambia. Jim was on site, friendly and very helpful.

I don’t usually leave public reviews but this one is totally worth it . Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had . Lovely place , looks exactly like the pictures. Great , helpful and very accommodating host

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.

Thank you to Ivy. She even made time to come meet me. She sent flowers and veg when I wasn't feeling well. A very special to her entire team. Sam who washed my car even when I didn't ask. Musonda who takes security very seriously. and then to Mapalo, Shekinah and Bridget. Bridget even assisted with helping me pack at 5 am as I was late to the airport. It felt like a second home. I will be visiting again. I will recommend Ivy and ant of her units anytime. I cannot say thank you enough.
