Our apartment is designed in a quiet bag village in Zala, connected to our family house. The proximity of Zalaegerszeg, Lake Balaton, Guard and several thermal baths offers many recreational opportunities, and our estate is the perfect place to relax and recharge. The apartment is newly built, newly equipped, comfortable and spacious. Our property is wild, partially forested, and we welcome our guests with nearly an acre of land. We are happy to see anyone who wants to experience the beauties of a village, slow, quiet life.

Our guesthouse is located in a 70-person settlement. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, as the Blue Tour and the Way of the Cross hiking trail also pass through our settlement. Lenti, famous for its thermal bath and energy park, is located in a 25 km radius, Zalaegerszeg, where you can relax in the Aqva City Water Slide and Adventure Park in summer and in the Thermal Bath every day of the year. Lendva, a Hungarian-inhabited settlement in Slovenia, also has many attractions. We welcome our guests all year round.

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.
