Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Zakynthos

The host was excellent and picked us up from the airport for no extra charge. He gave us lots of advice of what to do on the island. Responded very quickly to my messages. The house itself was extremely good. The house got cleaned on a regular basis and was in a good condition when we arrived. Id easily recommend coming to stay here to anyone.

First of all a big thank to Martha who hosted us with great professionalism and kindness at the same time. She helped us even for a force major issue solving a technical problem instantly. The place is a great and exclusive location. We will surely recommend.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Olga ist eine absolut tolle Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war super ! Es war groß und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Und vorallem die Gastfreundschaft war wirklich sehr toll und uns wurden alle Anliegen und Wünsche erfüllt. Olga und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft besuchen!!!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, highly recommend and would definitely stay again. good space to relax inside and pool side. great kitchen with all amenities. all rooms have ensuite. beds are very comfortable, with air conditioning in all rooms. exceptionally clean and homely feel. nice and quiet area with privacy. great poolside view of the sunset and sunrise. Stratos (host) was very quick to respond and to help with anything we needed. Thank you. We spent a number of evenings just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the BBQ. Shops, restaurants and bars are a short taxi or drive away. Would advice hiring a car as public transport doesn't really exist on the island. The local beach is beautiful with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and places to book day trips. 100% recommend!!

Ons verblijf in het huis van Spiro was heel fijn. Het huis is netjes en praktisch ingedeeld. De drie badkamers zijn heel fijn! De keuken is zeer uitgebreid uitgerust, en zelfs voor de koffie werd gezorgd. De tuin is ruim met een fijn zwembad en een heerlijke jacuzzi. Wij waren er in oktober. Het zwembad was erg koud, maar door de afwisseling met de warme jacuzzi hebben onze kinderen zich prima vermaakt. Het eiland is heel mooi. Groen en mooie stranden. Veel leuke dingen te doen op en rond het eiland, wat in oktober ook allemaal niet druk meer was. Spiro wilde ons met alles helpen. Hij kwam meteen als je hem belde en gaf ons ook tips om te doen op het eiland of voor bv een restaurant. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad!

Everything was just perfect! A very clean and nicely decorated home! We loved the apartment and the garden. Sitting in the jacuzzi watching the garden and mountains is just like paradise! The mountains, North easy to reach by car ( "longest " way 40 min to the South). A very nice farm nearby! And of course Matina was great and very friendly and Spyros always easy to communicate with. The really do "the extra mile". We could have stayed forever :)

Adriana has a fantastic Villa. Modern and well looked after. Comes fully equipped with everything you'd need if self catering. Adriana kindly filled the fridge with goodies for us too. Downstairs, there is a Large living room, table and kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom and two big patio areas back and front and a hot tub upstairs two big bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. great for watching the sun set. Located just outside Tsivili, a 10/15 min gentle downhill walk to the main street of bars and restraunts or beach. We had a great holiday and would recommend this as a great base to explore the island

Never met someone who was that friendly. First he showed us the Airbnb, then he gave us some amazing welcome gifts. All around the best Airbnb and host

Fantasitc spot, Nikos is the MAN. Gave us recommendations to restaurants, beaches etc. Anything we needed, we went straight to him and responded right away. He got us a BBQ grill in a matter of hours. Excited that we got to spend our time there. Cant wait to do it again!

Vi har netop afsluttet en uges ferie i denne smukke feriebolig🌴😎 Billederne af huset er smukke, men virkeligheden er endnu smukkere…En drøm af et sted, som absolut ikke mangler noget👏🏼 Vi har i særdeleshed nydt både pool, hot tub, karaoke og bordtennis🏓💦 Men det som gør opholdet til noget helt særligt er Harris’ værtsskab💪🏼❤️ Vi blev taget godt imod med forfriskninger, da vi ankom og han fortsatte med at forkæle os hele ugen med et servicegen og en hjælpsomhed vi aldrig før har oplevet lignende. Tusind tak Harris, vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage og vi vil anbefale alle andre at booke en ferie med dig som vært😍☀️

The Villa is even better live than what we expected from the pictures:) Almost no neighbours, stunning sunrises in the morning (viewable from the bed on the 1st floor) and equipped with everything you need. If we had to take a point somewhere, it would be that the waterflow in the shower could have been stronger. All in all, we recommend the Villa:)

Absolutely gorgeous property and perfectly suited to a larger group, we were ten guests and it comfortably slept everyone. It had so many wonderful areas to dine too, from a rooftop terrace, to a romantic barbeque area and poolside table, plus two fantastic long tables inside the property. The pool was wonderful, though bracingly cold - I'm not sure how warm it gets in the heat of the summer as it is quite shaded in the beautiful olive grove. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. My only criticism is a couple of the bedrooms were a little less than ideal due to very steep access or not particularly private spots - one was a curtained off area in the living room. Our host, Anna, was absolutely incredible though, nothing was too much trouble, and she even provided a karaoke machine as evening entertainment for a special birthday celebration! A gorgeous property in a wonderful location, I hope we'll visit again one day.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Leonidas’s villa – easily the best place I’ve stayed during my time in Greece! The villa was exactly as advertised, offering a beautiful and serene escape that’s perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. Although it’s a bit remote, that only adds to the charm, with tranquility all around and a short drive (10-15 mins) to a nearby town, 30 mins to the main square in Zakynthos, and about 40-50 mins to Shipwreck Beach. Leo was a fantastic host, actively communicating and making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a dreamy getaway!

Beautiful villa, extremely comfy beds, very clean and the villa had beautiful views. Host was very accommodating, allowed us to check in early, had left water and wine in the fridges which was massively appreciated. Topped up toilet roll and shower gel all week plus a mid week towel and bedding change which was great. Outdoor bbq and seating area was gorgeous and kids loved the pool table. Many thanks Leo!

We stayed as a family of 9 in this beautiful house for 2 weeks! The location is unique, high in the mountains, surrounded by beautiful nature, with an incredible sea view and 100% privacy. The house is very clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need for your stay with a big family. The outside area has quality furniture and the most comfortable sunbeds! All bedrooms are air conditioned and have beautiful views! Isabelle is an exceptional host, who is always available, providing you everything you need for your holidays and a very warm hearted person, who made our stay unforgettable! The cleaning and fresh towel service is perfect for a “hotel feeling”! You have to be aware of the small, rocky street going up ways to reach the house, this was a bit scary for us while driving there the first time. But we got used to it, the views and the peaceful environment are worth it! Thank you very much for all the care and our unforgettable holidays! We will be back for sure!
