Vacation rentals with a patio in Zaidín

We had an excellent stay in Granada. Javier’s place was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Very well equipped and spacious. He was kind and responsive when we had questions, and provided great recommendations for our day at the Alhambra.

A perfect stay for the 2 of us in this great little apartment! The private roof top terrace really made our stay! Although only a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the city, the apartment was really quiet. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. A big plus was the fact that everything was within easy walking distance - good restaurants and bars, as well as main sights. Thank you Alfonso for being so proactive with communication when we had difficulty on arrival getting into the apartment!

This is an amazing apartment with so many amenities and thoughtful touches. The view of the snow-capped mountains on the deck was beautiful! An added bonus was the super mercado a block away. Teresa is a great host with excellent communication who was very helpful. The booklet she provides also offers detailed instructions for her home and for navigating the city. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a few nights at Maria Dolores’ place and felt very comfortable. Lovely spacious bamboo terrace, big windows with lots of natural light. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood a grocery stores and bakery right by the space. Special note to a very comfortable bed!

What an amazing apartment!. (We’ve stayed in lots of Air bnbs and it’s the only one we took photos of). It looks just like the photos, but actually felt bigger than we expected. It is a master class of design, virtually every internal wall is actually a cupboard for storage, and there are blinds and screens to change the layout as you want. Yolanda met us outside the apartment with a big hug,then took us up in the lift and showed us round - how to work the blinds, air con, screens etc. She doesn’t speak much English but she had a great translation App so it wasn’t a problem. She left us some milk and water in the fridge, and a bottle of wine. This was appreciated as we watched the sunset, which is impressive through the wrap around windows. I have no hesitation in recommending Yolanda and the apartment…..just wish we’d stayed longer.

We were delighted to stay in this beautiful condo. The neighborhood is very quiet and not far from the center. We felt very comfortable and slept very comfortably. All tours can be done by walking from the condo. Paula was a very attentive person who helped us as much as possible. Thank you very much Paula.

Very nice stay at Vanessa's place. This is a modern and very pleasant house with all the amenities necessary to spend a lovely vacation. We greatly appreciated the kindness and advice of the father upon arrival as well as the special touches left in the fridge. The accommodation is located less than 10 minutes' drive from the Alhambra. We will be happy to stay at Vanessa's.

This place is a complete WOW!! We will be dreaming about the terrace views of the Alhambra for years. Breathtaking!! This special home is both elegant & extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice that each bedroom has a bathroom & there’s a bonus half bath on the ground floor near the dining room! The location is absolutely perfect for walking to everywhere we wanted to go. There are dozens of restaurants & shops within a few minutes! The hosts were responsive & helpful, with a very clear check in process. You do have to go up 1-2 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms (2 on the second floor & primary bedroom on the 3rd floor). That could be an issue for some, but we enjoyed the steps & spaciousness! Light sleepers may prefer the second floor room that faces the back of the house, as some street noise could be heard in the bedrooms that faced the front of the house. We all agreed this place is a gem - we’d love to come back!!

We had a great time in a spacious house with everything you need to be comfortable and at ease. Susana is a magnificent host who was attentive throughout the stay to resolve our issues and the small problems that arose. Highly recommended.

We liked it very much! Charming accommodation on three floors. The three-story layout has plenty of space and privacy for up to 3 people. On the ground floor there is a cozy living area with the absolute highlight: a beautiful fireplace that creates an incomparable atmosphere on cool evenings. The decor is thoughtful and tasteful – a successful mix of modern and traditional elements that gives character to the house. Everything is high quality and immaculately clean. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace! Here we had breakfast every morning and ended the evenings with a glass of wine. The view is just great and the terrace has enough space to relax in. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean. The quiet yet central location. We can fully recommend the house.

We are delighted with this paradise we did not know about. The house is perfectly located at the foot of the mountain with magnificent views of the river and reservoir. The stream noise is constant and transmits a lot of peace. The house is cozy, equipped with everything necessary... The closest thing to being in a cabin in the Alps in Andalusia. Nick and Rosie are lovely, very attentive to everything and hospitable. We will definitely repeat again and again and again...

Loli is delightful and very responsive. This is the perfect place for hiking or cycling and exploring Monachil. There are a lot of steep hills so keep that in mind. Beautiful surroundings.

Everything is perfect and the area is wonderful to rest without the noise of Granada but still being in it. Very well connected, you can leave the car at the door of the house and get around by bus or Uber for more reasonable prices than a parking lot. Highly recommended.

Ivan’s apartment is perfect for a long weekend in Granada. It was very clean, with a lovely terrace and walking distance from the centre. The check in/out time is also much better than other places. My partner and i had a wonderful stay, we highly recommend!

The accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well-equipped. It is conveniently located for discovering Granada in just 15 minutes by car, or by bus, as well as the Sierra Nevada. There are several restaurants nearby. The reception was very warm. We found everything we needed, including peace and quiet. Private underground parking is really a plus! I really recommend this place to discover this part of Andalusia

Good communication with the owner, the apartment is in a good location and with easy public transportation (metro, tram, bus, etc...). Totally recommended. PS: The owner's thoughtfulness in making products available to her guests to prepare a great breakfast is highly valued.
