Waterfront vacation rentals in Zadar County

Friendly and helpful Mirjana hosted us in an apartment with a beautiful view. She was very helpful, she showed us places in the area that were worth recommending. A place to save and revisit. See you next season ✌🏻

Jadranka was one of the best Airbnb hosts I ever met - she provided all the provisions (tea-coffee-oil-towels- even sun screen was available for us to use. The apartment was spotless and across the road from the sea- also about 15 min walk to the old town. Any questions we asked were responded to immediately - I would recommend staying here very highly. We had a wonderful 10 days with Zlata, Marta & Katarina. Thanks to their great recommendations, we quickly got to know the area and made very nice excursions into the so varied surroundings. The family contact was super nice and brought us even closer to Croatia. We're so excited for next time.

This was a beautiful, well-connected and resourced apartment. Igor was the perfect host: he helped us from start to finish and was always very responsive. The view from the apartment is amazing, just be aware that you have to climb up quite a few stairs to see it! The location of the apartment is very convenient, and is a maximum 10 minute walk from all of the sights of Zadar. Igor also provided some nice recommendations for the city too. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Igor as a host! 😊

Studio with a great view, perfect for short stay in Zadar. It can get quite hot in the summer but there is air conditioning.

The house is spotless! It is located in the most convenient street. You could offload your luggages off the street and parking is 5 mins walk away in a public car park (which is free but just be aware to park in the right place as we didn’t however it still wasn’t much). Serena checked us in and she couldn’t be anymore helpful in answering any question you might have! Such a lovely lady! Thank you.

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully decorated. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. We highly recommend this apartment. Everything went uncomplicated and smoothly. Thank you very much for that. :-)

Great location, by the sea, close to a bakery and restaurants, everything you need in the apartment. Quiet neighborhood

The accommodation is in a quiet spot by a river, which runs just in front of the house. The view from the terrace was nice, and the setting was something a bit different. We had a great dinner in town too!

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/out was easy. The location is great, 1 minute to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Usually I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

This was a fantastic find. The apartment is spacious and located in a lovely parkland setting close to the Marina. You wake up to the sound of birdsong on the terrace. I

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

I really have no complaints and was very happy with the accommodation. the property is exactly as described and pictures match it. would highly recommend.

I'm traveling back very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav at Petra's was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The apartment is super quiet, located directly on the harbor - I could see incredibly beautiful sunrises from the large balcony😍 Thanks for the great stay, dear Petra☀️

An apartment in all respects Compliant with what the listing stipulates, very clean, very convenient with a pleasant terrace, and great services. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach 5, the little cafe overlooking it is absolutely perfect. Afterwards, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit out of the old town, and to get there you will have to walk at least 1 half-hour, unless you take the boatmen who have been operating since the 14th century from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It was the very friendly owner who gave us the tip!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
