The location is good, 12 minutes walk to the lively street for shopping, 10 minutes or so to the sea. The room was clean, the amenities were very new and comfortable, unfortunately the view of the ocean was not clear. The building is well managed, there is a water dispenser in the building, but there is a separate fee for the public facilities such as the gym.

A comfortable, quiet studio apartment in a high-rise building with a view of the beach. Good bathroom, wi-fi, hot water, space to put away your own stuff. Advice: if you want to do any cooking, food prep, or even slicing of fruit, let the owner know in advance. We did not, and when we arrived, the kitchen had absolutely nothing in it. The host, however, provided us with kitchen tools when we requested them. The bed linen and towels could use an upgrade. But overall, a good apartment 100 meters from the walking path along the beach, with a host who is eager to please. Shopping streets are about a 12-minute walk from the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Luodong. The host was very helpful and communicative. The place itself was in an excellent location for enjoying everything Luodong has to offer. The apartment was designed beautifully and we found it to be very quiet. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves, so that probably helped! We’d definitely stay again.
