Resarö is located in the municipality of Vaxholm, which is also called the archipelago capital. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need of a ferry. Communication to Stockholm and Vaxholm City is good, there are buses almost 24 hours. If you are coming from Arlanda Airport (ARN), it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. Nestled in a lush garden with animals, nature, and ocean into the knot. The bathing pier in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters from the house.

3. Staying with Magnus - always a pleasure. No question remains unanswered, lightning-fast solutions for everything. That wasn't the last time. Be it extra tea, apples from the garden, whatever - Magnus is always there - without being intrusive. You feel very comfortable. This time with my wife for the weekend. It was fun and relaxing. Walks to the nearby beach, great restaurant on the beach, wonderful surroundings, parking right in front of the house…all good.

An outdoor dining area features a wooden table set with blue glassware and plates, accompanied by a pink flower centerpiece. A spacious deck includes a lounge area, a grill under a shaded pergola, and several recreational features like a trampoline and a small inflatable pool.

Sune (the host) was really nice, helpful and kind. Answered all our questions. Showed us around the Vaxholm city and personally showed us around nice places. The place is amazing, very spacious, more than enough for a families as well. Access to city is close and also has a very nice spot closeby to the house to spend time on the waterside. Very nice garden with car parking and has badminton kits to play. we totally recommend Sune and his place for all couples and families. Very pleasant stay.

There were two of us staying there and the accommodation was perfect for two. Clean and fresh and the hosts were easy to deal with.

The place is as described, it is a beautiful large space, equipped, outdoor seating. The house was warm. The bus is a short walk, beautiful surroundings for walking. We had everything we needed, I would definitely recommend.

The small cottage is an absolute idyll with everything you need: small garden for the first coffee in the morning with a great view, well-equipped living room-kitchen, cozy bedroom. Highlight: The small wood-burning stove. From Ytterby Brugga, about 15 minutes' walk, you can easily reach the archipelago by boat. In addition, there is a bus stop with buses to Vaxholm and Stockholm. Annika is a really super helpful, nice hostess, gave plenty of tips for excursions in the area and also offered me her bike to borrow directly. I would come back anytime.

Kristoffer was such a kind host! He was always so quick to respond and was always there to help. The accommodation was so clean and cosy and we had everything we needed. We used the bikes to cycle around the island and there is a grocery shop and a lovely cafe very close by! Kristoffer gifted us with homemade apple juice when we arrived and it was delicious! Can’t rate this place enough and would definitely stay again!
