The location is perfect. You don't even realize it until you walk the bikan historic district. The space is very comfortable kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Give yourself at least 4 to 5 days here to walk the temple, shopping, dining, and sight seeing. It really is close to everything. Beds were firm, but extra bedding helped to make them softer. Every room has its own temp control. Outdoor areas are easy to access. There is 1 small TV in 1 bedroom, we didn't use it, we used our laptop for movie nights. Japan doesn't seem to be big on closets or dressers, but we made it work for us. I don't like living out of a suitcase personally so we used a basket and the futons. I would 100% stay here again and we were sad to leave as it really felt like a home away from home.

育美and裕司are lovely hosts who waited for us at the door and helped to bring our luggages upstairs. The house is so well done that I regret that we only stay for one night! Tasteful, functional with every details attended, especially the garden, so peaceful and pretty! 2 mins from the 栗林park which is a must visit. Want to come back again already! Thank you!

Wir waren 2 Tage in Naoshima (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und das Haus von Jen&Ono ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkundem. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und sie haben und vorab sogar 2 Reservierungen für die Abendessen gemacht da manche Restaurants keine Kinder abends akzeptieren und sie auch auch schnell ausgebucht sein können. Sie hatten uns auch frisches Obst , Saft,Milch, Toast und Müsli vorbereitet so dass wir am Morgen dort frühstücken konnten. Wer Zeit hat sollte auch unbedingt ihr kleines Cafe probieren (5min zu Fuss) wo sie tolle Breakfast Optionen frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereiten. Auch coole Musik! Alles in Allen eine wirklich tolle und aussergewöhnliche Erfahrung! Wir hoffen eines Tages wiederkommen zu können.

We really liked this apartment. We booked it at short notice because our plans changed and it was too big for the five of us with bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges spread over three floors and a roof terrace. However we really enjoyed it- loads of space, comfortable beds, great shower and bath rooms with parking nearby. It really is an apartment more designed for groups travelling together, probably cyclists, as there are cycle hangers and stands in various places.

車の道は狭いですが、そこ以外は完璧です

I really enjoyed my stay at Kaho san’s place. My friend and I came to enjoy the abundant natural beauty in Ehime via hiking, cycling, etc. Kaho san was responsive and proactive, making great recommendations. She helped us figure out what to do when the weather changed a few days before our stay, and helped set up a wonderful tea making workshop. I’m so thankful for her. The room is located along a small road moving into the mountains. The road is a little narrow, and there is a bridge to cross to get to the house. We had no trouble coming by car. I’d recommend using a smaller vehicle if you can. Any wider than a Prius might feel a little tight. The driveway entrance is a little steep. It’s a very quiet, peaceful place with a small creek and mountains and gardens. We stayed during early spring, so while there were a few bugs, they were not a problem. The night sky was lit with stars. The room is clean, simple, and was perfect for us. Thank you!

如果要来爬高屋神社的话，这间民宿是非常不错的选择，距离沙滩也很近。 房间虽小但是设备齐全，还有很大的露台可以烧烤。 对于不开车的人相对不是很方便，但距离公交的距离也可以接受。周边没有便利店，需要提前买好。公交时间也比较久。而且因为小路不允许停车，不一定准时，乘车需要提前一点去公交站。

Me and my family enjoyed the stay here while we were in Okayama. We could borrow bicycles from the host, so it was very convenient to see the city and go to other places such as malls. The Nishigawara train station was not too far, so we could just walk to the station. Overall the stay was good and we recommend it.

Mari’s place in Okayama is now part of my top 3 favorite places I’ve stayed while visiting in Japan so far! I loved how communicative she was leading up to my stay and during my time there as well. Having an available parking spot at the premises was a great thing to have during my first time experience in renting a car in Japan. She also provided a bicycle for use during my stay which I loved and took advantage of. 😁 The area is very nice and quiet as well and driving around in the city of Okayama for my first time was a great experience. The place was amazing and it also came with a CD player and some CD’s to play as well! I thought this was a nice touch to the place and made Okayama feel like a home I’ve always known. There’s lots to do in the area, the locals are really nice, and the Okayama Prefectural Museum and Castle is all within walking distance. I will definitely be booking Mari’s place again for a longer period of time soon! Thank you Mari! 🖤✌🏾

Great Apartment with amazing ocean view and a really nice interior - we enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back! the place was well equipped, clean and communication with the host was very pleasant.

とても快適に過ごせました。

思っていたよりお部屋もキッチンも十分なスペースがあり、家族4人プラス犬一匹で快適に過ごせました。何より清潔に管理されています！スーパーが徒歩ですぐのところなので買い出しも楽でした。

居心地の大変良いお部屋でした。 アメニティ等も行き届いており、とても楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。

7人で利用しました。とても広くて綺麗でよかったです！
