Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yokohama

We had a fantastic stay! Nobu was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host — always quick to respond and willing to help with anything. When we weren’t sure where my girlfriend’s brother was after arriving in town, Nobu kindly called the hotel to help us find him. He even left us a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay and reimbursed us some yen due to a previous guest’s accident, which showed great care and honesty. The apartment was spotless, neatly organized, and comforting — peaceful and quiet, away from the busy crowds. It had everything we needed: a full kitchen, utensils, washer/dryer, and super easy check-in. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the train station. Getting to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other areas in Tokyo was quick and easy. There were lots of places to eat nearby, and a 7-Eleven just down the alley. Highly recommend this stay over a hotel!

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

This place is quiet and comfortable, you can also see the train moving from the 6F which is kinda relaxing. The train station is close, so you can easily travel from here.

Miho was really a super host!! We enjoyed the comfortable bed, and all necessities that you need were available! About 15 min walk to the train, but bus was also available. Nice to come home to a calm and lovely neighbourhood after a hectic day in the city. Can not recommend this enough!

The place was amazing, it was a great place to focus for a few days and Tanaka was always responsive, plus went above and beyond to help me get something back which I had forgotten at the apartment. Definitely will be staying again

想像以上に駅から近くて、子連れの長旅で疲れていたので歩く距離が短くて助かりました。3階まで階段しか無いので、荷物が重い人や、乳幼児連れだと大変だと思いますが、うちは1泊だけで荷物は少なく、子供達も小・中学生なのでまったく苦になりませんでした。 中に入るとピカピカにリノベーションされており、おしゃれなアート作品も飾られていて、青を基調としたインテリアが爽やかで素敵でした。浴槽が無く、シャワーが２室並んでいるのが面白いですね。家電も色々揃っているし、食器もたくさんあり、何も不自由なく長期滞在できそうです。 結構古い建物なので窓ガラスが薄いみたいで、窓を閉じていても寒気が入ってくる感じがしました。夜中冷えたので、もっと暖かい羽毛の掛け布団か毛布があったら更に良かったと思いました。敷布団(マットレス)はポコポコしていてとても寝心地が良かったです。 チェックアウトの日がちょうど燃えるゴミの日だったので、8時半頃に歩道のゴミ収集場に行ったらもう回収済みで、その後1日中ゴミを持ち歩くことになってしまいました。玄関のドアに、ゴミは8時までに出してください、と書いてあったので、完全に私が悪いのですが、私が住んでいる自治体では実際に回収に来るのは書いてある時間よりも何時間も後なので、油断してしまいました。 とにかくすべてがキレイで清潔で広くて、とても快適に過ごせました。大きなテレビでYouTubeを見れたり、子供も大喜びで、こちらを選んで良かったです。ありがとうございました。

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

お部屋は本当に清潔で、細かいところからもオーナー様の心配りが感じられました。 ひとつひとつのディテールが素晴らしく、このような素敵なお家に滞在できて本当に感謝しています。 設備や備品もすべてそろっていて、何一つ不自由がありませんでした。 周囲の環境もとても気に入りました。 そして、冷蔵庫の棚を壊してしまい、ご迷惑をおかけしてしまったこと、本当に申し訳ありませんでした🥹 ありがとうございました！

Chie's place was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there immensely and loved taking peaceful walks along the river. Chie and her husband are kind, patient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of in her home and would love to stay again if ever I have the chance.

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Our host was more than prompt in replying. Did always help in whatever we asked for and also left toothbrush for us while we were staying. Great gesture!! ;) The place had everything you could possibly need and all the facilities were there, even though all the flats in the city were small. The kitchen had a lot of utensils including a microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, etc. Definitely recommending it!! :)

We stayed here for 1 full month & 200% recommend the house and location! LOVED THE SPACE: home was spacious and SO comfortable for both kids and elderly. Host also provided games / toys (which my kids loved) and a baby chair and baby napping futon which was incredibly helpful! Rooms were also very spacious and the bath was SO comfortable with generous amenities provided. LOVED THE LOCATION: (1) close to station - only 5-7 min walk (2) delicious Izakayas were all walking distance and SO CLOSE / everywhere (3) convenient stores were also at every corner (7/11, Lawson, aeon - couple min walk) (4) Uniqlo / small mall with food spots/ don quijote was just two stations away at Keikyu-Tsurumi stop, and not crowded which made shopping amazing. MEGA Don quijote also walkable (25 min) and amazing! YATSUZUKASANS COMMUNICATION: Really appreciated the incredibly fast responses, hospitality, and flexibility. Host and location was above & beyond my expectations - highly recommend!

The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Fantastic place and so close to the train station which we could use the Tokyo Metro Pass with! Lockers are available for luggage storage should guests arrive before check in time!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

Klein aber Fein. die Unterkunft hat wirklich ALLES was man braucht. Sie ist auch sehr sauber und zentral.

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

One of the best experiences we have had with a vacation rental. All the reviews mentioned are accurate and true. The host was exceptional! We felt like special guests and were treated with a sincere and friendly welcome. Sik would check in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and helped us with information and recommendations. He always followed through with questions we had and was a delight to sit down with for conversations. We will absolutely stay here again when traveling to Tokyo. Sik made our first experience in Tokyo memorable and special!
