Welcome to a newly built cottage in natural materials in Österlen. The cottage is located in pine forest about 200 m from the sea and one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. The plot is located on a dead end street which means minimal car traffic at the house. A bedroom with 180 cm double bed as well as plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with separate door out to the terrace. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at cost.

A good overnight accommodation, in a quiet and nice environment. You have about 700 meters to Sandy beach. By the beach you have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar and miniature golf. If you want to make an excursion down to Österlen, it takes 30 minutes by car. Includes: Bedding Toilet and Household paper Hand and shower towel Dish soap, dish brush and dish towel. You make a simple final cleaning. Wash dishes and throw away garbage and change bed linens, along with towels, put in the washing machine There are 2 simpler bicycles.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The property can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

Scenic area with forest and valleys very close to many sights including Yangtorp and spared the highest waterfall in a hiking area called Forsakar. About 16 km to the sea with long beaches. Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kivik's musteri on Österlen as well as a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea that meets the cliffs.
