The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

Here you get tranquility, fresh air, and proximity to nature and the sea, which is only 5 minutes away. Quiet and peaceful location Great opportunities for walks in nature. Suitable for both couples or solo travelers. Here you live with the forest as your nearest neighbor and the lovely beach. The cottage is in a quiet area, where most of the houses are summer houses. A great place to stay overnight, in a quiet and nice environment. You have about 700 meters to Sandstrand. At the beach, you have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar and miniature golf. If you want to take a trip down to Österlen, it takes 30 minutes by car. Included: Bedding Toilet paper and paper towels Hand towel and shower towel Dishwashing liquid, dish brush and dish towel. You do a simpler final cleaning. Do the dishes, throw out the garbage, and remove the bed linens, along with towels, and put them in the washing machine

It has a fantastic location by the water, is about 35 sqm and has an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with bunk bed and one living room with sofa bed. The cottage has a small patio and private parking. Close to fantastic nature and the sea. Canoe is available to borrow for those who wish.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Walking distance to tennis court and cycling distance to Åhus and Österlen for those who want to explore. Simply enjoy!

Accommodation near the beach in Yngsjö

Welcome to cozy Yngsjö! Here you can enjoy the tranquility with direct proximity to forest and sea. From the accommodation, it is 200 meters to a several-kilometer-long sandy beach with shallow water. From Yngsjö, you have a good starting point to get to and around Österlen. If you want a wider range of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, Åhus is about 7 kilometers away. There is a bike path all the way between Yngsjö and Åhus.

Welcome to our little cottage in Yngsjö!

Now we rent out our Attefallhus "Lillstugan" located on our property among pine trees and sea noise. The cabin was built in 2021. It is located only about 150 meters from the ocean and a fantastic beach. Restaurant 1135 is within walking distance, and in the summer, there are mini-golf and tennis courts nearby.
