Welcome to a newly built cottage in natural materials in Österlen. The cottage is located in pine forest about 200 m from the sea and one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. The plot is located on a dead end street which means minimal car traffic at the house. A bedroom with 180 cm double bed as well as plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with separate door out to the terrace. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at cost.

Stay in a quiet and lovely environment, wake up to birds chirping. Walk or bike to the sea for a refreshing swim or bring breakfast and enjoy it with a sea view. The cottage is located 700 meters from a 40 km long sandy beach. 500 meters away, you can take the bus to cozy Åhus or to Kristianstad, which has a shopping center and Galleria. 5 km away is Yngsjö village where you can visit Otto ice cream that sells super good ice cream in many flavors. If you take the car 15 km south, you will reach Brösarp, the gateway to Österlen.

Cabin in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Welcome to our beachfront oasis at the gateway to Österlen! The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and is only 800 meters from the beach, offering a cozy barbecue area and stunning views. Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).
