We loved our time at Sadie's beautiful space! Even though we were a large, mixed group, the house felt spacious yet cosy and luxurious with plenty of room to cook, eat, and do both group and separate activities. The separate work space was also great as members of our group that had to work had privacy without impacting the others. Malin and Magnus were fantastic, responsive hosts. We appreciated how thoughtful they were reaching out proactively to see if we needed anything specific for the babies in our group. Simrishamn itself seems to be a very cute small town, and it was nice to be walking distance from shops, restaurants and cafes (although we were there over the NYE period so many places were closed). Overall, we would absolutely recommend Malin's house, and hope to be back again in the future.

We had a very nice holiday in the cottage. The location of the house is simply sensational and the many large glass surfaces offer beautiful views of the water at any time of day. Really highly recommended if you want to relax or enjoy a great time with family and friends on the beach.

Celebrated girlfriends birthday at this cozy "small living" cabin, when we reached the cabin there was no difficulty getting in. Once inside, we were greeted by a flower and small surprise as it was birthday celebration, incredibly nice and kind made by Minna! The accommodation itself was very conceived as they have angled the cabin perfectly so it really feels like you are completely alone at the estate. Will 100% be back here again.

Johan's place was really nice and clean, and with good restaurants as well as a harbor in walking distance. The house was super clean and very well decorated Further, Johan is very friendly and helpful, and responsive. The place is definitely recommended and would love to come back. 😊

Just back from a 3 night stay at this property and it was excellent. Very relaxing and private accommodation perfect for sauna, jacuzzi, roasting marshmallows and barbecue grilling. Short stroll into the forest and 15 minute drive to large super markets. All at just over an hours drive from Copenhagen 😊 Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

In a nutshell: great house, beautiful surroundings and a super nice host! With a boat/kayak on the doorstep, our own sauna and great excursion ideas from Petter, we had a great week in Sweden. 🇸🇪 Everything was really uncomplicated and relaxed. A lovely home in a beautiful rural area. The contact with Elin has been super good all the way through and the house lived up to the photos. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door and enjoyed the relaxed, homey feel. Would definitely recommend this place for a quiet holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation, it really had just everything you needed and also felt so homely!!! Comfortable beds and incredibly clean and fresh in the house. We had a smooth and good communication with Lennart who responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had, so we felt really safe :) Another plus was also the sauna and walking distance to nice views! Highly recommend this home:) ++++++

Nice cabin and everything was nice and clean. There is a little drive time to the various activities. We visited, among other things: Hallamølle Christinehof and the surrounding ecopark. The culture of Lund These were all great experiences. In the immediate area around the home, there's nothing special, but it's peaceful.

The house is a dream! The decor is so lovely and chic, everything was clean and we felt totally comfortable. There were five of us with a 14-month-old baby and there was a crib, high chairs (for very small and slightly older children) and a stool so that the child could help in the kitchen - absolutely child-friendly! We went out on the lake a few times by boat and went to the beautiful swimming spot. We had a great time here!

what a fantastic place and what a nice cottage. Perfect for the four of us. All the necessary amenities are there and the access drive through the woods will immediately completely relax. The area contains so many beautiful hiking trails and nice villages and cities, you won't be bored for a moment. Really a lovely home with lovely garden. We absolutely loved staying at this summer house! The location is just perfect, you are sheltered from the wind by the dune but still only have a one minute walk to the beach. One of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been too! The photos don‘t do it justice. Håkan was a great host, he even provided sand toys for our kids and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to come again!

In advance: It was one of our most beautiful vacations. Rarely have we all been sad that time passed so quickly. A wonderfully located cottage surrounded by absolute peace. There was something for all of us, 2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog. Swimming in the lake, canoeing, hiking in forest, looking for mushrooms, fishing,... The fishing card for the lake is within walking distance, on the way you will also pass by the swimming spot with jetty. In the house you can actually find everything you could ever need. And if you have any questions, Ingvild can be reached quickly. For us it is certain - when it goes back to Sweden, this house is our first choice.

Incredibly exciting house with a cool layout and what a fantastic nice play corner. The kids really loved the dress up drawer! :) The garden was also unbelievably nice! The decor itself could be a little more familiar and the double bed in one room we do not consider a double bed (if you are not newly in love) Think it was a 105 bed. It probably needs to be clarified. Otherwise, the floor was perfect for two families with children.
