우리집에 있는게 다 있네. 이쁜 인테리어와 없는게 없는 우리집같은 편리한 숙소의 끝판왕. 여행지를 다니며 숙소에서의 불편함과 부족함을 이 숙소에 다 채워드립니다. ㅡ시내에 위치해 있어 어느쪽 관광지와도 가깝습니다. ㅡ주차장ㅡ 너무 늦은저녁엔 주차장이 부족합니다. 두진아파트와 코아루 사이 오르막길로 올라가시면 왼쪽으로 주차장이 있으니 세우시고 계단 이용해 숙소로 가시기 바랍니다. ㅡ금연ㅡ 아파트는 금연구역이니 이웃주민들께 피해가 안 가도록 주의해 주세요. ㅡ소음ㅡ 대체로 방음은 좋지만, 너무 늦은밤 수다는 자제해 주세요. ㅡ2층침대ㅡ 떨어질 우려가 있는 미취학생이나 아이들은 2층침대에 오르지 못하도록 주위시켜주시고, 아랫층의 인자함이 폭발하지 않도록 쾅쾅 뛰어다니지 않게 자제 부탁드립니다. ㅡ욕실ㅡ 샤워기 사용법에 불편함이 있으시면 언제든 전화주시면 설명해 드립니다 ㅡ거실ㅡ 거실에서 매트와 베개,이불사용을 하셨다면 개어주시기만 하고 이불장엔 넣지마세요. 좋은 추억 만드세요.

진짜 깨끗하고 예쁘고 음료 과자 컵라면 등도 제공되고 코 앞이 한섬해변이라 진짜 좋아요. 건물 1층에 있는 편의점은 새벽 1시까지 운영이고 바로 근처에 24시간 운영 편의점도 있고 식당도 엄청 많아요. 호스트 답변이 즉각적이지 않고 조금 느렸어요. 저녁에 입실했는데 보일러가 미리 켜져있지 않아서 조금 썰렁했어요. 저희는 입실하고 바로 보일러 켜두고 근처 식당에 저녁 먹으러 나갔다오니 괜찮았습니다. 동해시 모든 에어비앤비 다뒤져서 찾은 곳이니만큼 대만족합니다. 같은 건물에 에어비앤비 많은데 여기가 젤 예쁘고 모든 면에서 젤 좋으니 고민하지말고 예약하세요!

Lianmei’s place was amazing, very warm and cozy during winter, had everything listed in the description, very clean and comfortable, easy access into the building, close to Alpensia resort and easy access to restaurants at the bottom of the hill! Lianmei was clear with instructions, recommendations and helpful during my stay, Was an awesome experience, would highly recommend!

(까치둥지 알탕 맛집 & 뮤지엄산 갔습니다) 횡성 한우도 즐기고 원주 맛집도 즐기기 적합한 장소에요 😸 다음에도 이 코스로 한번더 방문할 것 같아요 !

관광지와는 조금 떨어져있었지만, 오히려 조용하고 차로 이동하는데 큰 불편함이 없어서 괜찮아요. 주변에 숨겨진 맛집도 많고 편의 시설 다 갖추어져 있어요. 시설, 청소상태도 너무 깔끔하고 집주인분이 안내도 바로바로 잘 해주셔서 편안하게 쉴수있었어요. 요리, 세탁도 모두 가능하고 가전제품도 잘 갖추여져 있으니 길게 묵어도 좋을 것 같은 숙소입니다. 그리고 무엇보다도 수건이 많아서 좋았네요 ㅎㅎ

외부 소음 전혀 못 느꼈고, 침구뿐만 아니라 전체적인 숙소 컨디션이 깔끔합니다. 충전기도 c타입 2ea 고속충전 굿이에욤 쓰레기통이랑 핸드워시도 센서 있어서 손만 갖다대도 제 할일을 하고여. 수건도 넉넉했고 와인오프너까지 암튼 제가 하룻밤 묵으면서 필요한 건 다 갖췄습니댜 1층 로비에 호텔 직원도 있어서 매우 안전한 느낌. 주차도 지하1~4층까지가 평일 기준은 수월했어요! 1층에 이마트24랑 cu있구 차로 5분거리에 이마트도 있습니댜..
