Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. You’ll feel enveloped by nature & the slow relaxing pace of the farm w/ open access to the farm animals. Enjoy the wide open spaces w/ abundant wildlife, & unobstructed views of the Big Horn Mountains w/ a vast country night sky filled with stars.

Just the right amount of rustic, this cabin is also quite secluded with a few neighbors, including deer, elk, foxes, eagles, hawks, magpies, blue birds, finches, gophers, and more! Located with an awe-inspiring view of the mountains and so close to Yellowstone and Chico Hot Springs, and the western town of Livingston. Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.

The Cabin at the Hagerman Ranch

The Cabin is located on the west end of our family owned and operated cattle ranch. It has a full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals, a full bathroom, master bedroom with a queen size bed, small open loft with a pillow top double bed and 2 XL twin mattresses. The Yellowstone River is less then 100 ft from the front porch! Enjoy morning coffee watching the sun rise on the Crazy mountains, and in the evening sit on the front porch and relax & enjoy the beautiful sunset behind the mtns.

The barn, where the loft is, was moved from Cody where it was the old feed store. Cozy space. Sit by the pond and relax or walk around the landscaped property visiting with the animals. We are in a quiet neighborhood, but close to town to enjoy the restaurants and little shops that line main street. Only 20 minutes to the Bighorn Mountains, enjoy beautiful scenery, hiking or picnicing or a guided trail ride. Yellowtail Reservoir offers fishing and hunting opportunities only minutes away.

Hospital Corridor Apartment

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This house was originally built in 1900, then moved to Billings from Broadview in the 1940s. I bought the house in 2004, when my daughter was small, and have lived here ever since. It is a work in progress. Between 2010-13, I had the basement remodeled. I love the yard, and in the summer, I spend a good part of my day outside working in it.
