Overall the place is what you expect. Small and cozy with two beds. If you’re after more luxury, sure splash out 10 times the amount for a hotel room in HK. Simple amenities but for what you pay it’s all you need.

I had to book last minute for 3 days as my wife had to be admitted to the hospital. The hotel room was perfect for me. It was clean, comfortable and the location was amazing. I had to extend my stay for another 2 days as my wife was still in the hospital. Although my room was already booked for another customer, Fiona went above and beyond and allowed me to stay and accommodated the other customer in another room. I was truly appreciative given my situation that I did not have to find another accommodation. Thank you Fiona for your kindness and compassion. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

第一次到香港是为了看演唱会，人生地不熟的就很慌乱。但Ruby真的是我最明智的选择，位置很好找。附近有麦当当，711，离万宁，sasa，地铁站等都很近。遇到了同样勇敢的姐妹们，大家相处超级愉快，还互加了联系方式，女孩子真的是世界上最美好的! 青旅真的很干净，被子床铺真的是香香的，出门就可以看见绝美夜景海景，玩累了回来歇着就是回家的感觉谁懂，Ruby本人也超级nice啊啊!Anyway，我的行程除了流量卡这个bug之外，超级完美!留着一点点遗憾，让我们下次相遇吧!Viva la vida!

Located in the heart of the city. Easy to get around as the MTR is right few steps from the building. This place was perfect for a lady who travel alone and needs a private stay. Communication was seamless! Cannis was responsive and considerate, ensuring my stay was comfortable from start to finish. Will definitely stay again.

Decided to have last minutes trip to visit HK, and found Matthew’s place. Matthew and the partner are all very friendly and responsive ! Hotel is very clean, and bed it’s just too good to sleep compared to my previous experience in HK ! Bed is surprisingly big ! And it is walkable distance to Tsam Shui Pou MTR station, there’s convenience store and dobby shop nearby ! If you were to experience HK locals lifestyle, have a morning walk in the market, JST Hotel might be your first choice ! Thanks Matthew and Marco for giving us a very good experience, will def be back again !

Room small, bathroom small, but it's normal for Hong Kong I guess. Bed is large. Over all it's enough for sleep over and that is what I want. Location is excellent, bus to/from airport is right by the entrance to building -5 meters, Metro is 50 meters, really good locations. Walking distance to bay, to see the light show of Hong Kong. I recommend this accommodation. One minus - when the window is open, it's noisy.

Pros: >Fantastic location - Between Austin & Jordan stations (5–8 min walk) and Mongkok Ladies Market & Avenue of Stars (25 min walk); plenty of nearby food options (eg. 2-dish rice); bus stops, Temple Street Night Market, and Kowloon Park w/in walking distance >Smooth check-in – Clear, easy-to-follow instructions >Great hospitality – Wai Yan was very responsive, friendly cleaning lady replaced towels and toothbrushes daily >Convenient layout – Main airbnb entrance right off the elevator, unlike others with multiple hallways >Useful amenities – AC, private CR with hot shower; common pantry with dining table, microwave, water kettle, and fridge Minor cons: >Like most HK homestays, space is compact but manageable >Beds might feel small for taller guests (tallest among us was ~5'7" and had no issues with this) >Street noise from passing vehicles, but not an issue for us after long days out Grateful to have found this gem—affordable, comfortable, and highly recommended. Overall, this was a great stay and provided lots of value for what you pay. The building is in a great location as it’s right next to the mtr station, and in the heart of a lot of tourist attractions and things to do. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were a little small but was expected in a city. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hong Kong!

The listing's location is walking distance from MTR jordan station. It is also close to temple street. And alot of convenient stores nearby. Also have McDonald's and Cafe de Coral nearby. The Host was responsive and the cleaning lady was very accommodating and friendly. And even the lady who was guarding the building assisted us nicely during check in and was very helpful. The listing's size is enough to fit two guests. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. And the listing was being cleaned from time to time. Over all, a very beautiful experience for first time international travelers like us! ✨💕

We loved this place and would’ve stayed longer if we didn’t prebook another room. It was basic but so so comfy. Plenty of room for our bags. Netflix on the tv was a massive bonus. They even brought an extra blanket without us asking. The bathroom is small but the spacious room makes up for it. Great location. We had to be in Hong Kong longer than we expected so this room being cheap and affordable really helped. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks for the stay 😁

I was given a different place as the one in listing was under renovation. The new place was in the 9th floor of United Mansion A, right in front of Shanghai street bus station and 300m from Jordan MTR, and 500m from Austin street MTR. Worth every penny in an otherwise very costly HK. A small cozy compact room just enough for 2 with two beds, a AC unit, a small wardrobe, a bedside table with a mirror and squeaky clean bathroom with water heater. Drinking water was available for consumption for free along with a fridge, oven and a kettle in the common area. There was a super friendly caretaker available in the property. The host was very friendly and proactive in her communication. This is available at half the price of other hotels in the same area but with more amenities and personal care. Thanks to Wai for making my HK trip very memorable!

Hosts were very responsive and friendly! The room was small but served me well as a solo traveller. Cleaning was done daily by a really friendly aunty, and the location is so convenient, with plenty of food, convenient stores and shopping to do in the area! Very value for money - would stay again!

Sam的房子性价比超高！交通简直不能更方便——楼下就是公交站和地铁站，去哪里都超省心。房间干净整洁，细节也很贴心，提前准备了转换插头，完全不用担心充电问题。Sam回复消息也特别及时，沟通很顺畅。最暖心的是，入住那天正好下雨，Sam还主动提供了雨伞，真的很周到！唯一的小提醒是，因为房子临街，晚上可能会有点车流声，如果睡眠比较浅的话，建议带个耳塞，完全不影响整体入住体验~总之，这里绝对是出行住宿的优质选择！
